Քենիայում 10-ամյա աղջկան համադասարանցիներն ու մանկավարժը ծեծելով սպանել են այն բանից հետո, երբ աղջիկը չէր կարողացել կարդալ տեքստը։ Միջադեպի հետեւանքով երեխան հիվանդանոցում մահացել էր, հայտնում է Planet-today–ը։
Միջադեպը տեղի է ունեցել Նայրոբի քաղաքի Mukandamia Primary School հաստատությունում։ Ուսուցիչը դասարանցիներին հանձնարարել էր ծեծել աղջկան այն բանի համար, որ նա կարդալ չգիտի։
Ծեծված աղջիկը տուն էր վերադարձել եւ ասել, որ ցավեր է զգում որովայնում։ Նրան հոսպիտալացրել էին, իսկ ավելի ուշ աղջիկը մահացել էր։
