Գյումրիի բնակիչ Աղվան Գևորգյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի երրորդ մասի առաջին կետի հատկանիշներով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:

Այս մասին  հայտնի դարձավ դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

Ոսկերիչ-մասնագետ Աղվան Գևորգյանը 2012-2014 թվականներին իրեն պատկանող արծաթյա իրերը պատել է ոսկու բարակ շերտով, իսկ ոսկյա մանյակների, ապարանջանների, շղթաների սնամեջ դետալներում լցրել է բիսմութի, կապարի, անագի, կադմիումի էլեմենտներից բաղկացած «Վուդի համաձուլվածք» կոչվող դյուրահալ նյութ` այդ կերպ խեղաթյուրելով զարդերի որակական հատկանիշները, դրանց շուկայական արժեքը, ոսկու կշիռը և հարգը:

Դրանից հետո նա այդ կեղծված զարդերը իր ծանոթների միջոցով գրավադրել է Շիրակի մարզի տարբեր բանկերում և վարկային կազմակերպություններում` դրանք ամբողջ քաշով ներկայացրելով որպես ոսկյա իրեր և ստացել այդ զարդերի շուկայական արժեքն էապես գերազանցող երկու հարյուր երեսունչորս միլիոն չորս հարյուր հիսուն հազար չորս հարյուր քառասուներկու ՀՀ դրամ գումարի վարկեր:

Այնուհետև Աղվան Գևորգյանը հափշտակել է այդ գումարները`չկատարելով դրանց դիմաց ստանձնած վարկային պարտավորությունները, իսկ կնքված վարկային և գրավի պայմանագրերը մնացել են առանց համարժեք գրավի ապահովման` այդ կերպ վեց ֆինանսավարկային կազմակերպություններին պատճառելով  առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս:

Վերը նշված քրեական հոդվածով` մեղադրյալին սպառնում է չորսից ութ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում` գույքի բռնագրավմամբ կամ առանց դրա:

Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Հարություն Մովսեսյանն Աղվան Գևորգյանի նկատմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց, ընտրել է կալանավորումը:
