1. Դուք չափից շատ եք քնում
Եթե դուք կանոնավոր կերպով քնում եք 10 և ավելի ժամ, բարձրանում է մարմնի քաշի ինդեքսը: Իզուր չէ, որ բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս քնել 7-9 ժամ:
2. Դուք մթության մեջ եք պատրաստվում
Երբ արթնանում եք, անմիջապես բացեք շերտավարագույրը կամ պատուհանները: Նույնիսկ 20 - 30 րոպե առավոտյան լույսը բավական է, որպեսզի օրգանիզմն արթնանա և սկսի նյութափոխանակություն կատարել:
3. Դուք չեք հարդարում անկողինը
Եթե ամեն օր հարդարում եք անկողինը, ավելի լավ եք քնում, իսկ առողջ քունն ամենաարագ ճանապարհն է դեպի առողջ քաշ:
4. Դուք մոռանում եք կշռվել
Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ ամեն օր կշռվելն օգնում է արդյունավետ կերպով քաշ կորցնել:
5. Նախաճաշին քիչ եք ուտում
Նախաճաշը պետք է 600 կիլոկալորիա պարունակի, այնպես որ Ձեզ կարող եք բանջարանոցային սպիտակուցներ, ածխաջրեր և աղանդեր թույլ տալ:
