Կառավարությունը հաստատեց զինծառայողների ապահովագրական վճարների կարգն ու մեխանիզմները

ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատեց Ապահովագրության հիմնադրամից զինծառայողներին գումարների վճարման կարգն ու մեխանիզմները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, նախագիծը ներկայացրեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Արա Նազարյանը: «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության ժամանակ զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասի փոխհատուցման մասին» օրենքի համաձայն՝ աշխատող յուր աքանչյուր քաղաքացի պետք է ամսական 1000 դրամ վճարի զինծառայողների օգնության հիմնադրամին:
Զոհվածների և 1-ին խմբի հաշմանդամություն ստացած զինծառայողների ընտանիքները միանվագ կստանան 10 մլն դրամ (2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամները՝ 5 մլն), իսկ հետագայում՝ 20 տարվա ընթացքում՝ ամսական որոշակի գումար: Սպաների համար այդ գումարը կկազմի ամսական 300 հազար դրամ, ենթասպաների համար՝ 250 հազար դրամ, շարքայինների համար՝ 100 հազար դրամ (զոհվածներն ու 1-ին խմբի հաշմանդամները): Այս դեպքում սպային կամ նրա ընտանիքին 20 տարի շարունակ կհատկացվի 82 մլն դրամ, ենթասպաներին՝ 70 մլն, շարքայիններին՝ 58 մլն: Օրենքի պահանջների համաձայն նախատեսվում է, որ ծառայողական պարտակա նությունները կատարելու ժամանակ զոհվելու դեպքում տրվող միանվագ ապահովագրության չափը կազմում է 2 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ զինվորական ծառայության ընթացքում զոհվելու դեպքում` 1 միլիոն դրամ:
