Տրանսֆերտները աճել են 26 տոկոսով

Եթե ուսումնասիրենք տարեվերջյան երկու ամիսներին Հայաստան հոսող տրանսֆերտների ցուցանիշները, ապա կարձանագրենք շատ կարևոր դրական միտում:
2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերին արտաքին տրանսֆերտները գումարային առումով հասել են 211,5 միլիոն դոլարի, ինչը վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում արձանագրված լավագույն ցուցանիշն է: Դեկտեմբերին արձանագրված ցուցանիշները գերազանցում են նոյեմբերի արդյունքը 88 միլիոն դոլարով: Ինչ վերաբերում է մեր նշած նախորդ տարիներին, ապա 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի համեմատ աճը կազմել է 43,5 դոլար՝ գերազանցելով մեկ տարվա վաղեմության ցուցանիշը 26 տոկոսով:
Ֆինանսական հոսքերի ավելացման գործընթացում կարելի է կարևորել ռուբլու ամրապնդումը: Դոլարի նկատկմամբ դեկտեմբերին ռուբլու արժևորումը չորս կետով կարող էր ենթադրել տրանսֆերտների որոշակի աճ, չնայած անգամ այդ պարագայում նման դրական տարբերությունը հաճելի անակնկալ էր ՀՀ տնտեսության համար: Եթե հաշվի առնենք ՌԴ տնտեսության վերաբերյալ վերլուծաբանների կանխատեսումները, ապա այս տարի ևս կարելի է ակնկալել ֆինանսական հոսքերի դրական տեղաշարժ:
