ՀՀ-ն սահմանային միջադեպերը կանխելու համար ՀԱՊԿ-ին դիմելու անհրաժեշտություն չի տեսնում. Կարյուն Նահապետյան

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը (ՀԱՊԿ) չի միջամտում սահմանային միջադեպերը կանխելու գործընթացին, քանի որ Հայաստանը մինչ այժմ չի դիմել այդ կազմակերպությանը: Այս մասին մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշեց Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ պաշտպանության, ազգային անվտանգության եւ ներքին գործերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Կորյուն Նահապետյանը` հավելելով, որ հայկական կողմը դրա կարիքը մինչ այս պահը չի զգացել: «Ինչու չենք դիմում, քանի որ կարծում ենք, որ ՀՀ Զինված ուժերն արդյունավետ իրականացնում են մեր սահմանների պաշպանությունը: Մենք ոչ միայն արժանի հակահարված ենք տալիս հակառակորդին, այլև կարողանում ենք իրականացնել մեր սահմանների պաշտապանությունը: Մեր բանակը մարտունակ է, և մենք չենք տեսնում ՀԱՊԿ-ին դիմելու անհրաժեշտությունը` սահմանային միջադեպերը կանխելու համար»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` պարզաբանեց պատգամավորը` վստահեցնելով, որ ագրեսիայի դրսևորման պարագայում ՀԱՊԿ-ն անպայմանորեն ներգարվվելու է, եթե հայկական կողմը սահմանված կերպով դիմի:

Նա մեջբերեց ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրական փաստաթղթի այն դրույթը, որը ցույց է տալիս, թե երբ կարող է նշյալ կազմակերպությունը միջամտել: «ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրներից  յուրաքանչյուրի վրա հարձակումը համարվում է հարձակում կազմակերպության անդամ բոլոր երկրների վրա: Դրանից ելնելով` կազմակերպության անդամներից մեկի վրա հարձակման դեպքում մյուս անդամները պարտավոր են անհրաժեշտ ռազմական օգնություն տրամադրել հարձակման ենթարկվող երկրին, եթե ագրեսիայի ենթարկված պետությունը նման խնդրանքով դիմում է ՀԱՊԿ-ին: ՀՀ-ն երբեք նման խնդրանքով չի դիմել, եթե կարիք լինի, կդիմենք»,- շեշտեց Կորյուն Նահապետյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` այն, որ Ադրբեջանը պարբերաբար խախտում է հրադադարի ռեժիմը ղարաբաղաադրբեջանական շփման գծում և նաև ոտնձգություններ է կատարում ՀՀ սահմաններին` իրականացնելով դիրվերսիոն գործողություններ, գնդակոծելով ՀՀ սահմանամերձ շրջանները, խաղաղ բնակիչներին, տարբեր միջազգային կառույցներում, այդ թվում` ՀԱՊԿ-ում հատուկ ձևաչափերով հստակ ներկայացվում է:
