Կարեն Ճշմարիտյան. «Ինձ համար երբեք պաշտոնը չի եղել առաջնային»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանի կարծիքով դեռևս վաղ է ընդդիմադիր կամ ոչ իշխանական կուսակցությունների դաշինքների մասին խոսել, քանի որ նրանք այս պահին գտնվում են դիրքավորման փուլում: Նախկին նախարարը նաև կարծում է, որ ամեն մարդ պետք է առավելապես իր գործով զբաղվի, այդ դեպքում անհամեմատելի լավ երկիր կունենանք, քան հիմա ունենք:
«Երբ ամեն մարդ իր մասնագիտությամբ զբաղվի և իր փորձը ներդնի մեր երկրի տնտեսության, սոցիալական, մշակութային ոլորտներում, մեր երկիրն ավելի արագ կզարգանա: Իսկ երբ ֆիզիկոսը սկսում է առևտրով զբաղվել, իսկ առևտրականը` ֆիզիկայով, ամեն ինչ գլխիվայր շուռ է գալիս»,– ասում է Կ. Ճշմարիտյանը:
Նա ոչ միայն համաձայն չէ, այլ իր խոսքով «կոնցեպտուալ դեմ է» այն մտքին, որ վերջին 25 տարիներին Հայաստանն իր նշած՝ գլխիվայր շուռ եկած դիրքով է զարգացել, քանի որ իր կարծիքով ամեն ինչ չէ, որ տեղում դոփում է և այնպես չէ, որ այս ընթացքում ոչինչ էլ չի փոխվել:
«Չկա այդպիսի բան: Նման բան չի կարող լինել: Եվ եթե գործող օրենսդրությունը կիրառվի, ապա մենք կունենանք անհամեմատ ավելի լավ իրավիճակ տնտեսական մրցակցության բոլոր ոլորտներում»,– ասում է Կ. Ճշմարիտյանը:
Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե իր կարծիքով ինչու է Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ՀՀԿ–ից դուրս գալու որոշում կայացրել, նշեց, որ նախորդ վարչապետն իր հայտարարությամբ այդ հարցի պատասխանը տվել է:
«Նախկին վարչապետների, նախկին նախագահների, ներկա վարչապետի, ներկա նախագահի ասածները չեմ մեկնաբանում, բայց իմ կարծիքով ամեն մարդ ինքն է որոշում իր ապագան և իր ճակատագիրը: Եվ ընդհանրապես ամեն մարդ ինքն անձամբ է որոշումներ կայացնում»,– ասաց Կ. Ճշմարիտյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է իր՝ ՀՀԿ–ից դուրս գալուն, ապա ինքը նման խնդիր երբեք էլ չի ունեցել և չունի: Ու նաև հավելեց, որ ինքը դեռևս 1998 թվականից է ՀՀԿ–ի անդամ, այսինքն, երբ կուսակցությունը դեռ իշխանություն չէր: Ապագա խորհրդարանում լինել–չլինելու մասին Կ. Ճշմարիտյանն ասաց, որ դեռ վաղ է այդ մասին խոսել, բայց նույնիսկ եթե չլինի առաջիկա գումարման խորհրդարանում, ապա կշարունակի մնալ որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի, ով մշտապես մտահոգ է իր երկրի ապագայով:
«Ես չեմ նեղանում ոչ մեկից: Ի դեպ շատ առաջարկներ եմ ներկայացրել և հիմա էլ կապի մեջ եմ բոլորի հետ: Այնպես չի, որ անմասն եմ զարգացումներից: Նեղացածությունը իմ կարծիքով ընդհանրապես տղամարդկային հատկանիշ չէ: Տղամարդը, երբ նեղանում է, պետք է իր ասելիքն ասի ու արդեն չնեղացած հեռանա այդտեղից: Դրանից հետո դիմացինը կնեղանա, թե ոչ չեմ կարող ասել: Բայց ես նման արժեքներով երբեք չեմ կողմնորոշվել և երբեք չեմ ապրել: Եվ ինձ համար երբեք պաշտոնը չի եղել առաջնային»,– ասաց Կ. Ճշմարիտյանը:
