Աշխատավարձն աճել է 1.7%-ով

2016 թվականի հունվար-դեկտեմբերին միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձը Հայաստանում աճել է 1.7%-ով (նախորդ տարվա նույն ամսվա համեմատ) և կազմել 187850 դրամ։ Այդ թվում՝ պետական հատվածի միջին աշխատավարձը նվազել է 1.8%-ով և կազմել 161872 դրամ, իսկ մասնավոր հատվածում՝ աճել 4.6%-ով և կազմել 221850 դրամ։
Սա տարվա միջին ցուցանիշն էր։ Իսկ դեկտեմբերի դրությամբ ԱՎԾ-ն աշխատավարձերի այլ՝ ավելի բարձր ցուցանիշներ է ներկայացրել։ Ըստ պաշտոնական վիճակագրության՝ ՀՀ-ում միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձը 2016-ի դեկտեմբերին կազմել է 221835 դրամ։ Այդ թվում՝ պետական հատվածում այն կազմել է 190542 դրամ, մասնավոր հատվածում՝ 260907 դրամ։
Տարվա միջին ցուցանիշի և միայն դեկտեմբեր ամսվա այս տարբերությունը բացատրվում է նրանով, որ դեկտեմբեր ամսին գրանցվել է աշխատավարձերի կտրուկ աճ։ Այսպես՝ միջին աշխատավարձը դեկտեմբերին նոյեմբերի համեմատ աճել է 22.6%-ով։ Այդ թվում՝ պետական հատվածում աճի տեմպը 23% է, մասնավոր հատվածում՝ 22.2%։
Իհարկե, դեկտեմբերին աշխատավարձերի աճ տեղի չի ունեցել։ Այս թվերն ավելի շատ տեխնիկական բացատրություն ունեն. դա պայմանավորված է որոշ ընկերություններում դեկտեմբերին վճարվող, այսպես կոչված, 13-րդ աշխատավարձերով կամ պարգևավճարներով։ Այստեղ դեր է խաղում նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ որոշ ընկերություններում դեկտեմբերին նաև մասամբ վճարվում է նաև հունվարի աշխատավարձը՝ ամանորյա ծախսերը հոգալու համար։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով, եթե հետևեք պաշտոնական վիճակագրությանը, ապա կնկատեք, որ հունվար ամսին միջին ամսական աշխատավարձի չափը 10-15%-ով քիչ է լինում դեկտեմբերի աշխատավարձից։
