Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժինը նոր պետ ունի

ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը հունվարի 30-ին հրաման է ստորագրել` նոր նշանակում կատարելու վերաբերյալ։ Թիվ 43-Ա հրամանի համաձայն՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի պետ է նշանակվել Տիգրան Թամամյանը՝ ազատվելով ՀՀ ՔԿ ներքին անվտանգության վարչության պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնից։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկատրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նույն օրն Ա.Հովսեփյանն աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում և ներկայացրել Տ.Թամամյանին։ ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը կարևորել է աշխատանքային կարգապահությունը և հանձնարարականներ տվել՝ քննության որակն ու արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու ուղղությամբ։ Ա.Հովսեփյանն ընդգծել է յուրաքանչյուր քննիչի կողմից իր վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործերով ինքնուրույնության ու պատասխանատվության դրսևորման կարևորությունը։
«Քննիչն ինքնուրույն դատավարական սուբյեկտ է, ինչը պետք է դրսևորվի քրեական գործերով բազմակողմանի քննության ապահովմամբ, բոլոր հանգամանքների անկողմնակալ հետազոտմամբ՝ ձեռք բերելով թե՛ մեղադրող և թե՛ արդարացնող ապացույցները։ Յուրաքանչյուր գործով քննիչը պետք է կարողանա դրսևորել իր անկախությունը՝ ի շահ քրեական գործի քննության, օբյեկտիվ իրականության բացահայտման»,- ասել է Ա.Հովսեփյանը՝ անընդունելի համարելով դատավարական լիազորությունների չարաշահումը և նշելով, որ նման խախտումներ արձանագրվելու դեպքում կկիրառվեն պատասխանատվության համապատասխան միջոցներ։
