Գյումրիում և Սպիտակում չսեփականաշնորհված բնակարանները կհանձնվեն համայնքներին

 ՀՀ կառավարության 2016 թվականի մարտի 17-ի N332-Ն որոշմամբ երկրաշարժի հետևանքով անօթևան մնացած ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդիրների լուծման նպատակով պետական աջակցությամբ իրականացված բնակարանային շինարարության ծրագրի շրջանակներում՝ 2010 և 2012 թվականներին Գյումրի և Սպիտակ քաղաքներում բնակարան ստացած անձանց հետ նրանց հատկացված բնակարանների նվիրատվության պայմանագրերի կնքման վերջնաժամկետ էր սահմանվել 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից: 

Որոշմամբ սահմանվել է նաև, որ հատկացված բնակարանների նվիրատվության պայմանագրերը սահմանված վերջնաժամկետում չկնքվելու դեպքում ՀՀ սեփականությունը հանդիսացող բնակարանները (բնակելի տները) փոխանցվում են համապատասխանաբար Գյումրու և Սպիտակի քաղաքային համայնքներին: 

Հաշվի առնելով, որ սահմանված վերջնաժամկետում նվիրատվության պայմանագիր էր կնքել բնակարան ստացած ընտանիքների մոտ 82%-ը, ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեն դեռևս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սեփականությունը հանդիսացող բնակարանների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն ստանալու նպատակով դիմել է ՀՀ ԿԱ անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտե: 

Ստացված տեղեկատվության հիման վրա ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի կողմից կմշակվի այդ բնակարանները համապատասխան համայնքներին հանձնելու և դրանց հետագա տնօրինման, տիրապետման հետ կապված հարցերը կարգավորող ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշման նախագիծ:
