ԱՄՆ-ում Բելառուսի դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների մոտ բողոքի ակցիաներ են կազմակերպվել

Հայ դատի ԱՄՆ հանձնախումբը Վաշինգտոնում և Նյու Յորքում Բելառուսի դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների մոտ բողոքի ակցիաներ է կազմակերպել` պահանջելով անհապաղ և առանց նախապայմանների ազատ արձակել ՌԴ և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հավաքվածներն իրենց զայրույթն են հայտնել Ադրբեջանի կողմից լրատվամիջոցների և լրագրողների նկատմամբ շարունակվող բռնություններ « առնչությամբ` ընդգծելով, որ Լապշինն այդ քաղաքականության վերջին զոհն է:

«Մենք խստորեն դատապարտում ենք ազատ ու անկախ Արցախի Հանրապետություն այցելած լրագրողներին ու անհատներին լռեցնելու կամ վախեցնելու ցանկացած փորձ: Ադրբեջանն ու Բելառուսը Եվրոպայի վերջին բռնապետություններն են, և մեզ համար բացարձակապես անընդունելի է լրագրողներին լռեցնելը մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության համար խոսելու կամ ազատ ու ժողովրդավարական Արցախի Հանրապետությանն աջակցություն հայտնելու համար: Մենք հորդորում ենք նաև Միացյալ Նահանգների կառավարությանը խիստ դիրքորոշում ընդունել այդ հարցում` ի նշան համերաշխության Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի, որը տարածաշրջանում մեր ժողովրդավար և վստահելի դաշնակիցն է»,- ասել է Հայ դատի ԱՄՆ հանձնախմբի արևելյան տարածաշրջանի ղեկավար Սթիվ Մեսրոպյանը:

Մինսկի ոստիկանությունը 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 15-ին ձերբակալել է Լապշինին, ով բնակվում է Մոսկվայում և գրում էռուսերեն հեղինակավոր Travel Blog-ի համար: Նա որոնվում է Ադրբեջանում 2011 թվականի ապրիլին, 2012 թվականի հոկտեմբերին և 2016 թվականի հունիսին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ այցելելու, ինչպես նաև իր բլոգում Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությունը քննադատելու համար: Ադրբեջանը 2011 թվականին նրան ներառել էր իր կողմից որոնվող անձանց ցուցակուՊաշտոնական Բաքուն պահանջում է Բելառուսի իշխանություններից Լապշինին արտահանձնել իրեն:

Բելառուսի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալը որոշում է կայացրել բավարարել Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության խնդրանքը՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Իսրայելիքաղաքացի Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին հանձնելու վերաբերյալ՝ Ադրբեջանի քրեական օրենսգրքի  281.2 և 318.2 հոդվածներով քրեական պատասխանատվության< /i> ենթարկելու համար։ 

Թեպետ Լապշինը բողոքարկել է դատախազության որոշումը, սակայն նրա բողոքարկումը մերժվել է:
