ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորը Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի վերաբերյալ ԱԱԾ-ի հայտարարությունն արդարացված է համարում

Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարինե Աճեմյանը Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի վերաբերյալ ԱԱԾ-ի հայտարարությունը արդարացված է համարում: «Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը շատ էքսցենտրիկ քաղաքական գործիչ է, սակայն որևէ քաղաքական գործիչ Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնը չպետք է վերածի միտինգային հարթակի. դա անընդունելի է: Ես համոզված եմ ,որ նրա վերաբերյալ ԱԱԾ-ի արված հայտարարությունն արդարացված էր և բխում էր մեÖ € պետության շահերից»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան`այսպիսի կարծիք հայտնեց նա:
ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը սեպտեմբերի 22-ին հայտարարությունէր տարածել «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր ԶարուհիՓոստանջյանի սեպտեմբերի 18-ի ելույթի վերաբերյալ: ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնիտարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ ասված է.«Սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 18-ին «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը,օգտագործելով Ազգային ժողովի բարձր ամբիոնը, թույլ է տվել սադրիչարտահայտություններ: «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության նորաթուխ ղեկավարիպաշտոնամուտի իր ելույթով Զ. Փոստանջյանը փորձեց իր կարգավիճակիփոփոխությունն, այսպես ասած, շռնդալից դարձնել, սակայն, ակնհայտորենգերազանցեց ինքն իրեն և փորձեց ոտնակոխ անել քաղաքական պայքարիթույլատրելիության իրավական սահմանը, որից այն կողմ անխուսափելիորեն պետք էր ¡ հասնի սեփական արտահայտությունների ու արարքների համարպատասխանատվությունը:
Չցանկանալով ներքաշվել էմոցիոնալ և անբովանդակ «քննարկումների» մեջ՝ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը միայն հիշեցնում է, որ «տապալում», «շենքերի քանդում» արտահայտությունները և նման բովանդակությամբ կոչերը ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքով նկարագրված հանցավոր արարքների բնութագրիչհատկանիշներից են և այդպիսի գործողություններն ուղղակիորեն առնչվում են օրենսդրությամբ ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների առաջ դրված խնդիրներին:Ուստի ցանկացած նման կոչ, առավել ևս գործողություն կատարելու փորձ կկանխվի ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տրամադրության տակ եղած բոլորօրինական միջոցներով»:
