Ցավալի պարտություն է հայ համայնքի համար․ ֆրանսահայ գործիչը Ֆրանսիայի ՍԴ-ի՝ ցեղասպանությանը վերաբերող օրինագծի չեղարկման մասին

Այո, Ֆրանսիայի սահմանադրական դատարանը չեղարկեց այն օրինագիծը, որը, մասնավորապես, վերաբերվում էր նաև Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը․Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ֆրանսահայ հասարակական գործիչ Արման Ավագյանը:
«Ըստ էության, սա ցավալի պարտություն է հայ համայնքի համար»,- ասաց նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ օրեր առաջ Ֆրանսիայի սահմանադրական խորհուրդը իր պաշտոնական տեսակետն է հայտնել Ազգային ժողովի կողմից դեկտեմբերի 22-ին ընդունված ազգային կամ կրոնական հողի վրա ցեղասպանությունների և զանգվածային սպանությունների ժխտումը քրեականացնելու մասին օրինագծի առնչությամբ: Խորհուրդը որոշել է, որ այն հակասում է ցեղասպանությունը և մարդկության դեմ կատարված այլ հանցագործությունները դատապարտող 173-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասին:
«Այս օրինագիծը, ճիշտ է, չէր վերաբերում միայն հայերին, սակայն այն թույլ էր տալիս նախագահ Օլանդին կատարելու հայ համայնքի առջև արված խոստումը»,- նշեց Արման Ավագյանը ՝ հիշատակելով՝ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդն էր խոստացել համայնքին, որ կընդունի ցեղասպանության ժխտումը քրեականացնող օրինագիծը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ Ֆրանսիայի Սենատը քննարկման և քվեարկության արդյունքում ընդունել էր ցեղասպանությունների ժխտումը քրեականացնող «Հավասարություն և քաղաքացիություն» օրինագծի փոփոխությունները: Օրինագծին կողմ էր քվեարկել 156, դեմ` 146 պատգամավոր:
Արման Ավագյանը նշեց, որ վերջին օրերին սահմանադրական դատարանի դիրքորոշման մեջ մեծ դեր է խաղացել թուրքական լոբբինգը։ «Չպետք է նաև մոռանալ, որ դատարանի ներկայիս նախագահ Ֆաբիուսը, ինչպես նաև՝ նախկին նախագահ Դըբրեն թուրքամետ են»,- ասաց նա:
