Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները կարող են չեղարկվել միայն Ուկրաինայի արեւելքում հակամարտության կարգավորումից հետո՝ Մինսկյան համաձայնագրերի համապատասխան։ Այս մասին Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը հայտնել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ հեռախոսազրույցի ժամանակ, հայտնել են Ելիսեյան պալատից։

«Ռուսաստանի մասին խոսելիս՝ Օլանդը հաստատել են բոլոր թեմաների շուրջ երկխոսությունը շարունակելու ու աշխուժացնելու ձգտումը։ Նա պնդել է, որ բոլոր Ուկրաինայի իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ սահմանված պատժամիջոցները կարող են չեղարկվել միայն երբ Ուկրաինայի արեւելքի իրավիճակը կկարգավորվի Մինսկյան համաձայնագրերի համընդգրկուն իրականացման ճանապարհով»,- ասվում է Ելիսեյան պալատի հայտարարության մեջ։

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը Թրամփին հայտնել է , որ Սիրիայում հակամարտության կարգավորումը հնարավոր է միայն օրինական շրջանակներում, որոնք սահմանվել են ՄԱԿ հովանու ներքո։ «Նա հիշեցրել է, որ Սիրիայում իրավիճակի կարգավորումը պետք է իրականացվի քաղաքական շրջանակներում ու ՄԱԿ հովանու ներքո։ Որեւէ այլ լուծում չի կարող լինել ոչ երկարաժամկետ, ոչ էլ վստահելի»,- ասվում է Ելիսեյան պալատի հայտարարության մեջ։

ՕԼանդը ասել է, որ Ֆրանսիան մտադիր է շարունակել պայքարը ահաբեկչության դեմ՝ մասնավորապես Սիրիայում ու Իրաքում ԻՊ դիրքերի վրա հարվածներ հասցնելով։

Օլանդը նաեւ հայտնել է, որ Ֆրանսիան մտադիր է ջանքեր գործադրել ԵՄ համախմբման համար ու անփոխարինելի է համարում ՆԱՏՕ-ի շրջանակներում ռազմական դաշինքը։

Բացի դրանից Օլանդը զգուշավորություն է հայտնել հովանավորչական քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ, որը քարոզում է ԱՄՆ նոր նախագահը։ «Օլանդը նախազգուշացրել է հովանավորչական մոտեցման տնտեսական ու քաղաքական հետեւանքների մասին։ Ներկա անկայուն ու անորոշ աշխարհում ինքնամեկուսացումը անհեռանկար պատասխան է»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
