Այսօր տեղի ունեցավ Հայկական բանակի 25 ամյակին նվիրված տոնական համերգ, որին ներկա է ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը առաջին տիկին Ռիտա Սարգսյանը, ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը, Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը:
ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանի կոչով ներս բերվեց ՀՀ պետական դրոշը և ՀՀ ԶՈՒ մարտական դրոշը: Նա իր ելույթում ասաց, որ յուրաքանչյուր հայ գիտի, որ հենց այս բանակի շնորհիվ հայոց պետականություն վերականգվեց հաղթանակի հիմքի վրա:
«Քառորդ դարի ընթացքում վիթխարի ճանապարհ է անցել Հայոց բանակը: Այս տարիների ընթացքում ձևավորվեց նոր սերունդ»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ մեր ժողովրդի իմաստության և ավանդապաշտության շնորհիվ այդ սերնդափոխությունը մեկնարկեց և ընթանում է արդյունավետ:
Նա և նշեց, որ չնայած պետականաշինության տարիներին եղան մարդիկ, ովքեր թերահավատ էին հայոց բանակի, հայ ժողովրդի վճռականության մեջ, սակայն ինքը վստահ է, որ անցած տարի ապրիլից հետո նրանցից ոչ մեկն այլևս այդ կարծիքին չէ:
Նա նշեց, որ ապրիլյան պատերազմին տղաները պատվով, արհեստավարժ կատարեցին իրենց խնդիրը՝ պարտադրելով հակառակորդին վերադառնալ զինադադարի պայմաններին։
Վիգեն Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ ապրիլյան պատերազմից բազմաթիվ հետևություններ են արել: «Մեզ համար ապրիլի գլխավոր բացահայտումը մեր զինվորը և հրամանատարն է: Մենք հիրավի ազգ-բանակ ենք, և դա է մեր ուժը: Այս սերունդը՝ անկախության սերունդը իր ճակատագրի տերն է լինելու»,-ասաց նա և Առաքելական եկեղեցուն շնորհակալություն հայտնեց աջակցության համար:
«Մենք քանակին հակադրել ենք որակ և հաղթել ենք»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ ազգ-բանակի հիմքը պետք է լինի որակը և առաջին հերթին պետք է բանակը հասարակության հայելիից վերածենք հասարակության կերտման դարբնոցի: Նա նշեց, որ Հայաստանի ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրը կարող է և անելու է լուրջ քայլեր:
«Հայտնի է, որ հայերը խաղաղասեր ժողովուրդ են, երազել ենք խաղաղ գոյության մասին, և գիտակցում ենք՝ չկա լավ և վատ պատերազմ, անկախ նրանից հաղթում, թե պարտվում ես, պատերազմը կորուստ է, վիշտ, բայց պատմությունը սովորեցրել է նաև, որ փախչելով պատերազմից, արհավիրքներից չենք խուսափում»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ խաղաղությունը հենց այնպես չի տրվելու, այլ պետք է վաստակենք մեր մարտունակությամբ, վճռականությամբ:
