ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ հունվարի 28-ի ժամը 21.00-ի դրությամբ ՀՀ տարածքում կան փակ և դժվարանցանելի ավտոճանապարհներ:
Այս պահի դրությամբ փակ են Վարդենյաց լեռնանցքը, Արագածոտնի մարզի գրեթե բոլոր գյուղական ավտոճանապարհները, Մ-11 ավտոճանապարհի Սոթք-Քարվաճառ հատվածի 30-36-րդ կմ-երը, Ջերմուկ-Վայք 3-6-րդ կմ-երի, Հ-29 ավտոճանապարհի Սևան-Դդմաշեն հատվածը, Կոտայքի մարզի Նուռնուս գյուղի, Ջրաբեր-Ֆանտան, Նոր Գեղի-Լուսակերտ, Հրազդան-Ջրառատ, Հատիս-Զովաշեն ավտոճանապարհները, Բերդ-Ճամբարակ, Մարալիկ-Քարաբերդ-Ձիթհանքով, Մ-1 ավտոճանապարհի Մարալիկ-Սառնաղբյուր հատվածը, Հ-21 ավտոճանապարհի Արթիկ-Մարալիկ, Արթիկ-Ալագյազ, Արթիկ-Պեմզաշեն-Մարալիկ, Մարալիկ Նորաշեն հատվածները և Ամասիա, Աշոցք ավտոճանապարհների բոլոր միջհամայնքային ճանապարհները:
Արմավիրի մարզում, Մ-2 ավտոճանապարհի Տիգրանաշենի ոլորաններում, Կոտայքի, Շիրակի և Սյունիքի մարզերի բոլոր ավտոճանապարհներին տեղ-տեղ առկա է մերկասառույց: Դժվարանցանելի են Վարդենիսի տարածաշրջանի բոլոր միջհամայնքային ճանապարհները, Մ-4 ավտոճանապարհի Սևան-Դիլիջան 1-10 կմ-երը, Մ-6 ավտոճանապարհի Ալավերդի-Վանաձոր հատվածի 8-րդ կմ-ը, Մ-3 ավտոճանապարհի Սպիտակի ոլորանների հատվածը, Մ-8 ավտոճանապարհի Վանաձոր-Դիլիջան հատվածի 15-րդ կմ-ը, Մ-1 ավտոճանապարհի Գյումրի-Աշոցք հատվածի 15-20 կմ-երը, Հ-17 ավտոճանապարհի Գյումրի-Արմավիր հատվածի 50-55-րդ կմ-երը, Հ-32 ավտոճանապարհի Գյումրի-Ամասիա հատվածի 14-20 կմ-երը, Մ-7 ավտոճանապարհի Գյումրի-Վանաձոր հատվածը, Մ-2 ավտոճանապարհի Սարավան-«Զանգեր» հատվածի 166-րդ կմ-ը և Կոտայքի, Սյունիքի, Տավուշի մարզերի բոլոր ճանապարհները:
Արագածոտնի մարզի Արագածի տարածաշրջանում, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդենիս քաղաքում, Վայոց ձորի մարզի Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքում առկա է բուք, իսկ Մ-2 ավտոճանապարհի Գորիս-Սիսիան՝ «Զանգեր» կոչվող հատվածում՝ մառախուղ: Վայոց ձորի, Արարատի, Արմավիրի, Լոռու, Կոտայքի, Սյունիքի, Տավուշի մարզերում, Արագածոտնի մարզի Աշտարակի, Թալինի տարածաշրջաններում, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գավառ, Սևան, Մարտունի քաղաքներում և Տավուշի մարզի Իջևան, Դիլիջան, Նոյեմբերյան, Բերդ քաղաքներում առկա են տեղումներ ձյան տեսքով:
Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ ԱԻ դեպարտամենտից ստացված տեղեկատվության համաձայն Ստեփանծմինդա-Լարս ավտոճանապարհը բաց է բոլոր տեսակի ավտոմեքենաների համար անվաշղթաների կիրառման դեպքում, բացի կցորդիչով ավտոմեքենաներից: Ճանապարհները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունում. դժվարանցանելի է Քարվաճառ-Սոթք ավտոճանապարհը: Հանրապետության տարածքում առկա են տեղումներ ձյան տեսքով:
