Որն է մեր ԻՐԱԿԱՆ տեսքը. հայելու՞մ, թե՞ լուսանկարներում

Այս իրավիճակը ծանոթ է գրեթե բոլորին. հայելու մեջ մենք մի տեսք ունենք, իսկ լուսանկարներում՝ մեկ այլ։ Սակայն ո՞ր պատկերն է իրական։
BlogNews-ը որոշել է պարզել, թե որ պատկերն է առավել մոտ մեր իրական տեսքին, և թե ինչու են այդ երկու պատկերները տարբերվում։
Հոգեբանական գործոն
Առավել հաճախ հայելու մեջ նայում ենք տանը, իսկ տանը մենք առավելապես հանգիստ և ազատ ենք։ Իսկ այ լուսանկարներում մենք գտնվում ենք «օտար» վայրերում և ավելի լարված ու սեղմված ենք։ Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ տանից դուրս գաիս մենք հիանալի տեսք ենք ունենում, իսկ այ խնջույքի վայրում արված լուսանկարներում մեր տեսքը շատ ավելի վատն է լինում։
Դիրք (Ракурс)
Բանն այն է, որ մարդու դեմքը սիմետրիկ չէ։ Որոշ մարդկանց մոտ այդ ասիմետրիան քիչ է արտահայտված, իսկ որոշների մոտ՝ ավելի շատ։ Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ ստեղծվում է վերոհիշյալ խառնաշփոթը։ Ամեն օր մենք նայում են հայելու մեջ սովորական դիրքով և սովորական անկյունից և ժամանակի ընթացքում հարմարվում ենք այն տեսքին, որը տեսնում ենք հայելու մեջ։ Իսկ լուսանկարվելիս մենք հաճախ չենք իմանում, թե ինչ անկյունից կկատարվի նկարը։
Սպիտակի հավասարակշռություն
Յուրաքանչյուր լուսավորություն իր ջերմաստիճանն ունի։ Սակայն երբ նայում ենք հայելուն, մենք չենք նկատում այդ տարբերությունները, քանի որ մեր ուղեղը «հզոր համակարգիչ» է և հեռացնում է բոլոր տարբերությունները՝ ցուցադրելով դեմքի այն գույնը, որին սովոր ենք։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ թեև լուսանկարներում մեր դեմքին երևում են տարբեր լույսեր, հայելու մեջ մենք տեսնում ենք դեմքի այն գույնը, որին սովոր ենք։
Տարբեր իրերի վրա կենտրոնացում
Մի՛ մոռացեք նաև այն, որ հայելուն նայելիս մենք կենտրոնանում ենք մարմնի միայն մի հատվածի վրա և չենք տեսնում մնացածը։ Իսկ լուսանկարները մենք ըմբռնում ենք ամբողջովին, ինչի պատճառով էլ նկատում ենք որոշ մանրուքներ, որոնք ուշադրություն չէինք դարձրել։
Հայելային արտացոլում
Հայելու մեջ մենք մշտապես տեսնում ենք մեր հայելային արտացոլանքը և սովորում ենք այդպես ընկալել ինքներս մեզ։ Իսկ լուսանկարներում մենք այնպես ենք, ինչպես մեզ տեսնում են շրջապատող մարդիկ։ Եվ հենց դա էլ շատ հաճախ ստեղծում է նկարների և հայելու արտացոլած պատկերների տարբերությունը։
Այս ամենինց կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ մեր ԻՐԱԿԱՆ տեսքը երևում է լուսանկարներում։ Սակայն մի՛ տխրեք, եթե լուսանկարում Ձեր տեսքը այդքան էլ գեղեցիկ չէ, քանի որ դա կարող է լինել վատ անկյան տակ կատարված լուսանկարի արդյունք։
