Բնապահպանության նախարարությունը ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է մուտքագրել 0.75 մլն դրամ

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կողմից 23-27.01.2017թթ. ժամանակահատվածում իրականացված շրջայցերի, ԲՊՏ վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության և հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերված խախտումների արդյունքում կայացվել է 250.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 4 որոշում և հաշվարկվել 390 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Բուսական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտ
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 1 որոշում՝ 50.0 հազար դրամի և հաշվարկվել է 184.5 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառած վնաս, որից ՝
Վայոց ձորի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ ապօրինի ծառահատման համար կայացվել է 50.0 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 12.0 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:
Լոռու տարածքային բաժնի կողմից ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ ապօրինի հատված 5 ծառի համար հաշվարկվել է 172.5 հազար դրամ ի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Վարչական վարույթն ընթացքի մեջ է:
Բնապահպանական և բնօգտագործման վճարի եռամսյակային հաշվետվությունները սահմանված ժամկետում չներկայացնելու համար՝
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 2 որոշում՝ 100.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարով, որից ՝
Կոտայքի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից 1 տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50.0 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում:
Շիրակի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50.0 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում:
Հողերի պահպանության ոլորտ՝
Սյունիքի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից «Կապանի լեռնահարստացման կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ի 29.11.2016թ. թափուկատարի վթարի հետևանքով արտահոսած արդյունաբերական թափոններով հողի վերին շերտի աղտոտման համար հաշվարկվել է շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս և նյութերը ներկայացվել դատախազություն:
Փայտանյութի ապօրինի տեղափոխում՝
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 1 որոշում՝ 100.0 հազար դրամի և հաշվարկվել է 208.0 hազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառած վնաս, որից՝
Տավուշի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից անցկացրած ստուգայցերի ընթացքում հայտնաբերված խախտման համար 1 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 100.0 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 208.0 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:
Ապօրինի որսի իրականացման համար՝
Բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության վարչարարության և փորձաքննության բաժնի կողմից դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման է ներկայացվել 59 գործ՝ ավարտված վարույթները վերսկսելու համար:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կիրառած նախորդ պատժամիջոցներից հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 0.75 մլն դրամ:
