• 1.5 կգ խոզի կրծքամիս
• 1 թ/գ աղ
• Քառորդ թ/գ սև պղպեղ
• 1 թ/գ համեմունքներ
• 4 պճեղ սխտոր
Խոզի կրծքամիսը կտրատեք միջին չափի կտորների, իսկ սխտորը ճզմեք: Խոզի կրծքամիսը տրորեք աղով, պղպեղով, մսի համար նախատեսված համեմունքով և սխտորով: Կրծքամսի յուրաքանչյուր կտորը լցրեք սննդային տոպրակի մեջ, ամուր ծածկեք՝ դուրս բերելով տոպրակի օդը: ճարպերով տոպրակները լցրեք կաթսայի մեջ և սառը ջուր լցրեք վրան, դրեք կրակին, երբ ջուրը եռա, կրակն իջեցրեք և եփեք ճարպը 2 ժամ: Վերջում անջատեք կրակն ու թողեք կրծքամիսը սառչի կաթսայի մեջ՝ առանց ջուրը թափելու: Երբ ճարպը սառչի, հանեք կաթսայից, փաթաթեք փայլաթիթեղի մեջ և դրեք սառնարանը մի քանի ժամով: Այս համեղ նախուտեստն ուղղակի կապշեցնի ձեզ: Այն ոչ միայն համեղ է, այլև օգտակար:
