«Յունիբանկը» գործարկել է «Protobase Laboratories» ընկերության նոր CRM համակարգը` բիզնես վարկերի հայտերի մշակման համար

«Յունիբանկն» ավտոմատացրել է փոքր բիզնեսին տրամադրվող անգրավ վարկերի հաստատման գործընթացը` ներդնելով «Protobase Laboratories» ընկերության մշակած նորագույն CRM համակարգը: CRM համակարգի շահագործումը կնպաստի հաճախորդների սպասարկման որակի և արդյունավետություն բարձրացմանը, էապես կարագացնի բիզնես վարկերի տրամադրման գործընթացը և հնարավորություն կտա կրճատելու բանկի ծախսերը։
Վարկային հայտերի ձևավորման և վերլուծության գործընթացի ավտոմատացումը թույլ է տալիս հաճախորդի սպասարկումը կազմակերպել նվազագույն ժամկետներում և էապես տնտեսում է հաճախորդի ժամանակը։ Բանկի մասնագետն այցելում է հաճախորդին իր իսկ գրասենյակում և հենց տեղում, բանկի CRM համակարգի օգնությամբ, ձևակերպում է հայտը, գնահատում է վարկառուի բիզնեսն ու վարկունակությունը։ Վարկի վերաբերյալ բանկի որոշման մասին հաճախորդը տեղեկացվում է հենց բանկ դիմելու օրը։
Վարկավորման համալիր գործընթացի ավտոմատացումն ու բիզնես վարկերի հայտերի մշակման համար վարկային կոնվեյերի ստեղծումը թույլ է տալիս «Յունիբանկին» առավելագույնս արդյունավետ կառուցել հաճախորդի պրոֆիլն ու գնահատել նրա վարկունակությունը` բացառելով մարդկային գործոնը վարկի վերաբերյալ որոշում ընդունելիս։ Արդյունքում, բանկը հաջողությամբ լուծում է որակյալ վարկերի բազայի ձևավորման, վարկային հայտի ուսումնասիրման արագության և տրամադրված վարկերի քանակի ավելացման խնդիրը` միաժամանակ նվազեցնելով բանկի ծախսերը։

«Յունիբանկը» 2013 թ.–ից համագործակցում է «Protobase Laboratories» ընկերության հետ։ Համագործակցության շրջանակում բանկում հաջողությամբ ներդրվել է նաև ProtoCRM համակարգը, որն իրենից ներկայացնում է մանրածախ վարկերի վարկային կոնվեյեր։ Այս CRM համակարգի գործարկման շնորհիվ «Յունիբանկում» մանրածախ վարկերի հայտերի մշակումը տևում է ընդամենը 1 րոպե։ Միայն 2016 թ.–ին բանկում մշակվել է սպառողական վարկերի շուրջ 325 000 հայտ, որից ավելի քան 60%–ը հաստատվել է։
