Իրանցի գործարարներին ներկայացվեցին մուլտիմոդալ բեռնափոխադրման առավելությունները

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության,  «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲ ընկերության համատեղ նախաձեռնությամբ և Հայաստանում Իրանի դեսպան Սեյեդ Քազեմ Սաջադիի աջակցությամբ տեղի ունեցավ հանդիպում իրանցի գործարարների հետ: Հարևան երկրից ժամանած հյուրերին ներկայացվեցին  Հայաստանի` որպես տարանցիկ երկրի հնարավորությունները Իրան - Եվրոպա և հակառակ ուղղությամբ բեռներ տեղափոխելիս: Ա յս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում  «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը գործարարներին ներկայացրեց իրենց բազմամյա փորձառությունը բեռնափոխադրումների կազմակերպման ոլորտում:  

Իրանցի գործարարները ծանոթացան նաև մուլտիմոդալ փոխադրման առաջին հաջող փորձին: Անցած տարվա նոյեմբերին տրվեց Եվրոպա-Իրան մուլտիմոդալ բեռնափոխադրումների մեկնարկը. փորձնական տարբերակով 2 կոնտեյներ ջրային ճանապարհով տեղափոխվեց Փոթի, այնուհետև երկաթուղով Հայաստան` «Երասխ» կայարան, այստեղից էլ ավտոտրանսպորտով՝ Իրան: 

Փորձնական մեկնարկը տեսանելի դարձրեց Փոթիից Երասխ կոնտեյներների տեղափոխման համար անհրաժեշտ ժամանակը՝ 38 ժամ, որը բավական լավ ցուցանիշ է: 

Բեռների փոխադրման այս մոդելը շահեկան է նաև հուսալիության առումով: Բավական է նշել, որ Եվրոպայում կոնտեյների վրա դրված կապարակնիքը մնում է ամբողջական մինչև բեռը Թեհրան հասցնելը:

«Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲ ընկերության ֆիրմային տրանսպորտային սպասարկման ճանապարհային կենտրոնի պետ Դմիտրի Գվոզդևի խոսքով` փոխադրումներ իրականացնելիս  հնարավոր է նկատի ունենալ յուրաքանչյուր պատվիրատուի անհատական պահանջները և մատուցվող ծառայությունը հարմարեցնել այդ պայմաններին:

Դմիտրի Գվոզդևը խոսեց նաև բեռների ապահովագրության և գործընթացի կազմակերպման «մեկ պատուհան» սկզբունքի մասին: 

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության գերակայություններից համարվող այդ ծրագրի իրականացումը հնարավորություն կտա մեծացնել Հայաստանի տարածքով միջազգային բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալը՝ նպաստելով Իրանի հետ առևտրային հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը:
