Ադրբեջանում 2017-ին շարունակվելու է բարձը գնաճը

Ադրբեջանի վիճակագրության պետական կոմիտեի հաղորդմամբ` վերջին մեկ տարում պարենային ապրանքները թանկացել են 31,6 տոկոսով, իսկ խմիչքները` 27,5 տոկոսով:

Ադրբեջանում ծխախոտային ապրանքները թանկացել են 69,5 տոկոսով: Հագուստ արտադրողները 2016-ի ընթացքում իրենց արտադրանքի գինը բարձրացրել են 11,3 տոկոսով, իսկ տեքստիլ արդյունաբերության ոլորտում գրանցվել է 13,1 տոկոսի գնաճ:

Վերամշակված նավթամթերքների գները 2016-ի կտրվածքով աճել են 9,7 տոկոսով:

2016-ին բարձր գնաճ է գրանցվել նաև Ադրբեջանի կոմունալ ծառայությունների ոլորտում:

Մայիսին  բարձրացել են ջրի, սանիտարական ծառայությունների գները, իսկ դեկտեմբերին`  Էլեկրտաէներգիայի և բնական գազի գները:

Ջրի և սանիտարական ծառայությունների արժեքը բնակչության համար մեկ խորանարդի հաշվարկով թանկացել է 36 – 50 գեփիկի սահմաններում` 38,8 տոկոս:

2016-ի դեկտեմբերի որոշմամբ` Ադրբեջանում 1 կվտ/ժ էլեկտրաէներգիայի մեծածախ գինը 0,043 մանաթից դարձել է 0,057 մանաթ:

Բնական գազի այն սպառողների համար, ովքեր տարեկան սպառում են առավելագույնը 1500 խորանարդ մետր, սակագինը կմնա 0.1 մանաթ (0.57 ԱՄՆ դոլար) մեկ խորանարդ մետրի դիմաց: Տարեկան 1500 խմ-ն գերազանցող սպառողների համար 1 խմ-ն կարժենա 0.2 մանաթ:

Էլեկտրակայանների, քիմիական, մետալուրգիական արտադրության ձեռնարկությունների համար 1000 խմ գազի գինը 80-ից ավելացվել է 120 մանաթի (68 ԱՄՆ դոլար): «Ոչ բնակչության» կատեգորիայի մյուս սպառողների համար 1000 խմ գազի արժեքը 100-ից դարձել է 200 մանաթ (114,6 ԱՄՆ դոլար):

Նոր սակագներն ուժի մեջ են մտնել 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից:

Ադրբեջանական փորձագետների կանխատեսմամբ`  ամբողջովին «լողացող փոխարժեքի» անցնելուց հետո սկսված մանաթի ավելի արագնթաց արժեզրկվելու ֆոնին 2017-ին երկրում բարձր գնաճը շարունակվելու է: 

Էներգակիրների գների ավելացումը բացասաբար անդրադարձել ճգնաժամի եւ ազգային արժույթի անկման պատճառով ծանր վիճակում հայտնված Ադրբեջանի բնակչության վրա: պատճառ է դարձել  այլ ապրանքների թանկացման համար եւս:
