Հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքներում որսագողության դեպքերը նվազել են

Հայաստանում կա 4 ազգային պարկ, 3 արգելոց, 27 արգելավայր, 232 բնության հուշարձան: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությանկենսառեսուրսների կառավարման գործակալության բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տÕ �րածքների ևդենդրոպարկերի կառավարման բաժնի պետ Արամ Աղասյանը նշեց, որ ներկայում իրականացվում է բնության հուշարձանների անձնագրավորման գործընթաց:
«Արդեն ունենք 29 բնության հուշարձանի անձնագրեր: Առաջիկայում ակնկալվում է տարբեր դրամաշնորհների միջոցով մոտ 20 առաջնահերթ կարիք ունեցող բնության հուշարձանների անձնագրավորում կատարել: Այդ հուշարձանները տրվելու են համայնքների կառավարմանը: Դա մենք կարևորում ենք: Այդ հուշարձանները, ներառվելով էկոտուրիստական երթուղիներում, կնպաստեն համայնքների սոցիալ- տնտեսական մի շարք խնդիրների լուծմանը»,-ասաց Արամ Աղասյանը:
Բնության համաշխարհային հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի տնօրեն Կարեն Մանվելյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանում առաջիկայում ստեղծվելու են նոր պահպանվող տարածքներ: Մասնավորապես, Հայաստանի հարավում IDEA հիմնադրամի հետ համատեղ ծրագրվում է ստեղծել «Տաթև» ազգային պարկ:
«Արդեն փաթեթը պատրաստ է, այն կներկայացնենք ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարություն, և կսկսվեն քննարկումները: «Տաթև» ազգային պարկը կմիանա Հայաստանի հարավում եղած այլ պահպանվող տարածքներին, և դրանով կլուծվի կենդանիների ապահով միգրացիայի խնդիրը: Ազգային պարկերի ստեղծումն իր հերթին կնպաստի տուրիզմի զարգացմանը»,-ասաց Կարեն Մանվելյանը:
Առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է Խոսրովի արգելոցից մինչև Իրանի սահմանի մոտ գտնվող «Արևիք» ազգային պարկ միջանցքներ ստեղծել, որպեսզի ապահովվի կենդանիների, մասնավորապես, կովկասյան հովազի, հայկական մուֆլոնի, բեզոարյան այծի տեղաշարժը: Ծրագրավորված է նաև ստեղծել «Ջերմուկ» ազգային պարկ:
Անդրադառնալով որսագողությանը` Կարեն Մանվելյանը նշեց, որ 10 տարի առաջվա իրավիճակի հետ համեմատ, այսօր զգալի փոփոխություն է նկատվել: Զգալիորեն կրճատվել են որսագողության դեպքերը:
«Լավագույն ցուցիչը կենդանական աշխարհի ավելացումն է: Մասնավորապես, բեզոարյան այծը 2 հազար առանձնյակից այսօր հասել է 3 հազար 500-ի: Մուֆլոնների քանակը 220 էր, հիմա 400 է, կովկասյան ընձառյուծը նախկինում չէր նկատվում, այսօր խոսվում է 7 առանձնյակի մասին»,-ասաց Կարեն Մանվելյանը: Նա նշեց, որ որսագողության խնդիրը բոլոր երկրներում էլ կա, պարզապես պետք է այնպես անել, որ այդ դեպքերը նվազագույնի հասցվեն:
