Շիրակի մարզպետը ծանոթացել է ռուսական «Պոբեդա» ավիաընկերության չվերթների սպասարկմանը

  «Շիրակ» օդանավակայանի վերագործարկումն ու կանոնավոր չվերթները Շիրակ մարզի համար լուրջ տեղաշարժ է: Շիրակի մարզպետ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանը  անձամբ օգտվելով ռուսական «Պոբեդա» ավիաընկերության կանոնավոր չվերթներից՝ խորհուրդ է տալիս վստահել ավիաընկերությանը: Այս մասին հունվարի 23-ին լրագրողների հետ ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց Շիրակի մարզպետը՝ փաստելով որ հունվարի 18-21 Ուլյանովսկ կատարած ճանաչողական այցից  հետո  միտումնավոր օգտվել է այդ ընկերության չվերթից՝ անձամբ  ծանոթանալու ընկ երության սպասարկմանը:
 
 
Խոսելով ընկերության սպասարկման վերաբերյալ հակասական կարծիքների մասին՝ մարզպետը նշեց, որ սպասարկումը բավական նորմալ էր: Ընկերությունը լրացուցիչ գումարներ վաստակում է բեռների հաշվին, ցածր բյուջետային ավիաընկերությունները՝ այդ թվում նաև «Պոբեդա»-ն,  այդ քաղաքականությունն են վարում և հիմնական դժգոհությունը հենց այդ ուղեբեռի հետ էր կապված: «Շատ կարևորություն տալով չվերթին ու հաշվի առնելով մարզում տուրիզմի զարգացման հետ մեր ունեցած հույսերը, պետք էր անձամբ համոզվել  ընկերության մատուցած ծառայությաÕ ¶ որակի առումով:
 
 
Սա նաև լուրջ ներդրումների հնարավորություն է տալիս քաղաքին  ու մարզին: Գնային առումով ՝ ցանկացած ընկերություն ունի իր տնտեսավարումը, և քաղաքացին ինքն է որոշում, որ  գնային առաջարկն է իրեն բավարարում:  Ժամային և սպասարկման առումով, ինչպես նաև ամենկարևորը՝ ինքնաթիռի վայրէջքի հետ կապված ես գոհ եմ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց մարզպետը: Թռիչքի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը գրեթե միշտ 100 տոկոս է: «Եթե այսպես գնա,«Պոբեդա»-ն  հաղթանակ կլինի մարզի համար: Եթե կարողանաք այս ամբ ողջ տեմպը պահենք, բավական դրական տեղաշարժ կլինի մարզի համար: «Շիրակ» օդանավակայանում ևս որոշակի դրական տեղաշարժ կա»,-փաստեց Շիրակի մարզպետ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանը:
 
Ավելի քան 8 ամիս տևած դադարից հետո Գյումրու օդանավակայանից դեկտեմբերի 15-ից «Բոինգ» 737-800 ինքնաթիռով Մոսկվա-Գյումրի-Մոսկվա չվերթով տրվեց  ռուսական «Պոբեդա» ավիաընկերության կանոնավոր չվերթների մեկնարկը: Թռիչքները շաբաթական 3 անգամ է՝  երեքշաբթի, հինգշաբթի եւ կիրակի օրերին:
