Մարդիկ հիմնականում չեն սիրում խոսել իրենց բնավորության ուժեղ կողմերի մասին, իսկ շատերն անգամ չգիտեն, թե որոնք են դրանք: Ուժեղ կողմերը նրանք են, որոնցով մարդիկ առանձնանում են միմյանցից:

1. Անտարբեր ուրիշների դժբախտությունների հանդեպ
Էմոցիոնալ տիպի հակապատկերն է: Սովորաբար չեն զգում շրջապատող մարդկանց հույզերը կամ անուշադիր են և նույնիսկ ուժեղացնում են ճնշումը մարդկանց վրա: Եթե լավ մասնագետ է, ապա կարող է ուրիշներին ստիպել շարժվել իր ցանկությամբ:
2. Բնազդային
Այս տիպի մարդիկ շատ դյուրագրգիռ են, միևնույն վայրում դժվարությամբ են երկար ժամանակ աշխատում, միշտ պաշտպանում են «թույլերին»: Դժվարությամբ են հարմարվում փոփոխությունների: Հաճախակի օգնության են գալիս ուրիշներին, կարիքավորներին, տաղանդավոր են տարբեր ասպարեզներում: Ունեն ներքին ինքնավերահսկում, բացասաբար են ընդունում ուրիշների ենթակայության տակ գտնվելը:
3. Տագնապային–անհաստատուն
Բնութագրվում է ունակությունների և կարողությունների բազմազանությամբ: Սովորաբար այս տիպի մարդիկ չեն սահմանափակվում մեկ մասնագիտությամբ, կարող են այն փոխել լիովին հակադիր մասնագիտության հետ՝ ունենալով նաև հոբբի, որն ընդհանուր առմամբ նրանց երկրորդ մասնագիտությունն է: Տանել չեն կարողանում անփութությունը և կեղտոտվածությունը: Սովորաբար այդ պատճառով կոֆլիկտի մեջ են հայտնվում ուրիշ մարդկանց հետ: Առանձնանում են նեղացկոտությամբ և սեփական ուժերի հանդեպ անվստահությամբ: Ունեն աջակցության կարիք:
4. Գիտնական
Այս մարդիկ ունեն «կոնցեպտուալ խելք», տարբերվում են յուրաքանչյուր երևույթի վերաբերյալ իրենց սեփական թեորիաներն առաջադրելու ունակությամբ: Միշտ մանրամասնորեն մտածում են իրենց քայլերի մասին, հոգեպես հավասարակշռված են:
