Կիպրոսում վստահ են, որ ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն այլընտրանք չկա

Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության բոլոր կառավարություները միշտ կողմ են արտահայտվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հարցը խաղաղ բանակցությունների միջոցով լուծելու դիրքորոշմանը: Ինչպես նախկինում, այսօր էլ պաշտոնական Նիկոսիայի դիրքորոշման մեջ փոփոխություն չկա:«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտարարեց Կիպրոսի խորհրդարանի հայազգի պատգամավոր Վարդգես Մահտեսյանը` շեշտելով, որ նման տեսակետ է հայտնում հիմնվելով այն շփումների վրա, որոնք ո ւնեցել է Կիպրոսի կառավարական շրջանակներում: Մահտեսյանը նշում է, որ Կիպրոսը նույնպես ուներ պատմական տարածքի խնդիր եւ այն նույն տեսակետը, որ Կիպրոսի կառավարությունն ունի կղզու վերամիավորման առնչությամբ, ունի նաեւ ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման առնչությամբ:
«Պետք է շարունակվեն ջանքերը` ԼՂ հակամարտությունը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջամակում լուծելու համար: Այս հիմնահարցը, բացի խաղաղ կարգավորումից, այլ լուծում չի կարող ունենալ: Այս տեսակետը բազմիցս լսել եմ Կիպրոսի կառավարական շրջանակներում»,- ասաց Մահտեսյանը:
Հայազգի պատգամավորը շեշտում է, որ համայնքը լուրջ քայլեր է ձեռնարկում որպեսզի Կիպրոսի ժողովուրդն ավելի լավ ճանաչի Արցախի պատմությունը: «Կիպրահայ գաղութը տարբեր առիթներով բազմաթիվ անգամ կազմակերպել է դասախոսություններ, ձեռնարկներ, որոնց մասնակցել են Կիպրոս այցելած բազմաթիվ արցախցիներ: Տարբեր շրջանակների համար ցուցադրվել է Ցվետանա Պասկալեւայի «Ղարաբաղի վերքերը» վավերագրական ֆիլմը, որին միշտ հաջորդել են ակտիվ քննարկումները: Աչալուրջ ենք, որ Ղարաբաղի ինքնորոշման եւ հիմնահարցի առնչությամբ զգոն պահենք մեր շրջապատին եւ այդ գծ ով անդադար աշխատանք ենք կատարում: Այս առումով շատ ենք կարեւորում Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության պատգամավոր Էլենի Թեոհարիոսի հետ համագործակցությունը, ով նաեւ ԼՂՀ պատվավոր քաղաքացի է: Արցախյան հիմնահարցն առաջնակարգ տեղ է գրավում ինչպես Սփյուռքի գաղութներում, այնպես էլ մեզ մոտ, քանի որ գիտակցում ենք, որ Արցախը Հայաստանի դարպասն է եւ Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը կախված է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչումից»,- ասաց Մահտեսյանը:
Հայազգի պատգամավորը շեշտում է, որ ինչպես գաղութը, այնպես էլ կիպրական կառավարությունը, անհանգստացած էին 2014թ. սահմանային սրացումներով, որոնք շարունակվեցին նաեւ այս տարվա առաջին ամիսներին: Այս առումով պատգամավորը նշում է, որ առաջին հերթին կողմերի մոտ պետք է վստահության մեխանիզմ հաստատվի, ինչը թույլ կտա խուսափել սահմանին զոհերից: Միաժամանակ, պատգամավորը խորհուրդ է տալիս սահմանային դեպքերի մասին առավել շատ տեղեկություն ներկայացնել միջազգային հանրությանը, որպեսզի հայտարարություններն ունենան կոնկրետ հասցեատեր եւ միջազգային հանրության լայն շրջանակներն էլ ճիշտ պատկերացնում կազմեն հակամարտության ներկա իրավիճակի առնչությամբ:
