Լուծարվում են Երևանի վարչական շրջանների ենթակայությամբ գործող հիմնադրամները

 Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին զեկուցվել է, որ, ի կատարումն Երևանի քաղաքապետի հանձնարարականի, ուսումնասիրվել են վարչական շրջանների ենթակայությամբ գործող հիմնադրամներն ու արդեն իսկ ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ՝ դրանց գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու և լուծարման գործընթաց սկսելու ուղղությամբ։ Մասնավորապես, Արաբկիր, Դավթաշեն և Կենտրոն ն ախկին թաղային համայնքների կողմից ստեղծված հիմնադրամները լուծարելու նպատակով, համաձայն «Հիմնադրամների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի պահանջի, համապատասխան դիմումները ներկայացվել են դատարան: Նաև զեկուցվել է, որ դադարեցվել է մայրաքաղաքի մյուս վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների նստավայրերում գործող այլ հիմնադրամների գործունեությունը: Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանձնարարել է խիստ վերահսկողություն սահմանել գործընթացն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով կազմակերպելու և ավարտելու նպատակով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԵրևÕ �նի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

«Խստորեն հետևեք, որպեսզի այդ հիմնադրամների լուծարման գործընթացներն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով և ժամկետներում հասցվեն ավարտին: Սրան զուգահեռ, նաև քայլեր ձեռնարկեք վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմերի շենքերում գործունեություն ծավալող այլ կազմակերպությունների կամ անհատների կողմից ստեղծված հիմնադրամների գործունեությունը այդ շենքերում դադարեցնելու ուղղությամբ: Թող իրենց գործունեությունը շարունակեն այլ վայրում և ոչ թե վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմերի շենքերում»,-ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:

Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ զեկուցվել է նաև, որ, համաձայն քաղաքապետի հանձնարարականի, համապատասխան աշխատանքային խումբը շարունակում է հողի և գույքի վարձակալության, ինչպես նաև կառուցապատման միասնական բազաների ստեղծման ուղղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքները:

Զեկուցվել է նաև, որ արդեն պատրաստ է Երևան համայնքի սեփականություն հանդիսացող գույքի 2017թ. ցանկը, որի հաստատման մասին որոշման նախագիծը կներկայացվի Երևանի ավագանու առաջիկա նիստին։
