Կլիմաքսի նախանշանները, որոնց մասին պետք է իմանա յուրաքանչյուր կին

Վաղ թե ուշ բոլոր կանանց էլ սպառնում է կլիմաքս: Անհանգստանալ չարժե, սակայն պետք է պատրաստվել կյանքի նոր փուլին: «Կլիմաքս» բառը հունարեն նշանակում է «փուլ»: Ինչպիսին կլինեն կլիմաքսի առաջին նախանշանները, դժվար է ասել, քանի որ դրանք տարբեր են:

Սակայն կան որոշ ընդհանուր դրսևորումներ` դաշտանային ցիկլը հանկարծ սկսում է դադարել, քաշն ավելանում է, անքնություն է առաջանում և այլն:

Ամեն դեպքում` խուճապի մատնվելու կարիք չկա:

Յուրաքանչյուր կին պետք է նախապես իմանա, թե ինչ է սպասվում իրեն կլիմաքսի ժամանակ:

Կլիմաքսի հնարավոր սիմպտոմների ցանկը

Դաշտային ցիկլի խանգարում: Կլիմաքսը սկսվում է հասուն տարքիում` սովորաբար 50 տարեկան հասակում և այն կարող է տևել 2-8 ամիս:

Կլիմաքսի երկրորդ փուլ` մի ընթացք, երբ նկատվում է արգանդի վերջին արյունը:

Հետո սկսվում է հետկլիմաքսի շրջան, որը նախորդում է ծերությանը:

Կլիմաքսի տևողությունը կազմում է 6-8 տարի:

Կարծիք կա, որ ծխելը, սովը և անբարենպաստ բնապահպանական պայմաններն արագացնում են կլիմաքսի «գրոհը»:

Կանայք կլիմաքսին արձագանքում են հետևյալ կերպ

  • Պասիվ արձագանք (15-20%). կլիմաքսի ընդունումը որպես անխուսափելի երևույթ, որ բնորոշ է գյուղական վայրերի կանանց:
  • Նևրոտիկ ռեակցիա (8-15%), ծերացման «դիմադրություն», մի գործընթաց, որը հանգեցնում է նևրոտիկ ախտանիշերի:
  • Հիպերակտիվ արձագանք (5-10%). փոփոխության մերժումը բնութագրվում է նրանով, որ կանայք փորձում են արգելափակել ախտանշանները` ապրել լիարժեք կյանքով:
  • Ադեկվատ արձագանք (60-60%)` հորմոնալ և սոցիալական փոփոխությունների հարմարվողականություն:

Քրտինքը կլիմաքսի ախտանիշերից մեկն է: Քրտինքը կարող է արագ արտադրվել, այնքան արագ, որ հագուստը թաց լինի:

Անքնություն: Եթե անքնությունը ձեզ հետապնդում է արդեն մի քանի օր, պետք է դիմել բժշկի օգնությանը, որպեսզի վեդրջինս համապատասխան դեղորայքներ նշանակի:

Գլխացավ` կլիմաքսի սիմպտոմներից մեկն է: Գլխացավը կարող է լինել դեպրեսիայի, կամ էլ լարվածության հետևանք: Կլիմաքսի հետևանք կարող են լինել` օդի պակաս, հևոց, գլխապտույտ, երբեմն այն կարող է ուղեկցվել ականջների զնգոցով, սրտխառնոց, հազվադեպ փսխում, անհավասարակշռվածություն, սրտի ցավ, տրամադրության կտրուկ անկում, դյուրագրգիռություն, հոգնածություն, լարվածություն, մտահոգություն, ցրվածություն:
