Ինչպես բուժել լյարդը դդմի մեղրի օգնությամբ

Վաղաժամ ծերացումից խուսափելու և առողջությունը պահպանելու համար հարկավոր է հոգ տանել օրգանիզմի մասին: Տարատեսակ բնական հյութերը, թուրմերն ու ժողովրդական բաղադրատոմսերը կարող են անչափ օգտակար լինել առողջության համար:
Օրինակ՝ լյարդի առողջությունը վերականգնելու համար շատ արդյունավետ միջոց է դդմի մեղրը, որը խորհուրդ է տրվում խմել օրական 4 անգամ՝ ուտելուց 40 րոպե առաջ: Սակայն պետք չէ սպասել, որ լյարդի վիճակը կբարելավվի բուժումը սկսելու հենց հաջորդ օրը: Հարկավոր է համբերատար լինել և առանց բացթողումների ընդունել մեղրը բավական երկար ժամանակ:
Բուժումը խորհուրդ է տրվում սկսել մեղրի փոքր չափաբաժիններից և աստիճանաբար մեծացնել դրանք (հնարավորության դեպքում մինչև մեկ բաժակ մեղր): Բուժման կուրսը տևում է մեկ ամիս, որից հետո անհրաժեշտ է անել մեկ շաբաթ տևողությամբ դադար և կրկնել կուրսը:
Ինչպես պատրաստել դդմի մեղր
· Դդմի մեղր պատրաստելու համար նախ հարկավոր է վերցնել դդում, կտրել դրա վերին հատվածը և հեռացնել սերմերը:
· Այնուհետև այն ամբողջությամբ լցնել շաքարավազով, ծածկել կտրված վերին հատվածով և դնել փոքրիկ կոնքի մեջ:
· Դդումը պետք է մնա կոնքի մեջ այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև դրա կեղևը փափկի, որից հետո դրա պարունակությունը հարկավոր է լցնել տարրայի մեջ:
· Ստացված խառնուրդն անհրաժեշտ է պահել միայն սառնարանում:
Այս ըմպելիքը ոչ միայն բարելավում է առողջական վիճակը, այլև էներգի ու տոնուս է հաղորդում: Էլ ավելի լավ արդյունքի հասնելու համար կարելի է շաքարավազի փոխարեն դդմի մեջ բնական մեղր լցնել: Այս մեթոդով բուժվելու համար հարկավոր է վերցնել փոքրիկ դդում, կտրել վերին հատվածը, գդալով մաքրել միջուկը, այնուհետև ստացված անոթի մեջ մեղր լցնել, ծածկել վերին հատվածով, ամուր կապել և 10 օր պահել մութ, բայց տաք վայրում: Թրմելուց հետո հարկավոր է ստացված մեղրը լցնել տարրայի մեջ ու պահել սառնարանում: Ստացված թուրմ անհրաժեշտ է ընդունել ուտելուց առաջ մեկ ճաշի գդալ: Բուժման կուրսը տևում է 20 օր:
