Հայաստանի դեսպանը ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական խորհրդում հիշատակել է Դինքի սպանության տարելիցը

ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական Խորհրդի 1128-րդ նիստին ԵԱՀԿ-ում Հայաստանի առաքելության ղեկավար, դեսպան Արման Կիրակոսյանը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ նվիրված «Ակոս» թերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր, ականավոր լրագրող և մտավորական Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության 10-րդ տարելիցին:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի, տեղդեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանի առաքելության կողմից տարիներ շարունակ այդ հարցը պարբերաբար բարձրացվել է, ինչին թուրքական պատվիրակությունը մշտապես պատասխանել է, թե անհրաժեշտ է սպասել հետաքննության արդյունքներին:
Դեսպան Կիրակոսյանն արձանագրել է, որ մեկ տասնամյակ անց դատավարությունն ի հայտ չի բերել սպանության կազմակերպիչներին՝ լիովին կիսելով ԵԱՀԿ մամուլի ազատության հարցերով ներկայացուցիչ Դունյա Միյատովիչի նույնանման գնահատականը:
Դեսպանը նաև համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ լրագրողների, համայնքային առաջնորդների և մտավորականների նկատմամբ բռնությունների ու սպանությունների բացահայտման ձախողումը ստեղծում է անպատժելիության մթնոլորտ և դրանով իսկ խրախուսում անհանդուրժողականությունը:
Նա հիշատակել է, որ Հրանտ Դինքը ճնշման է ենթարկվել Հայոց ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ իր մոտեցումների և հայտարարությունների համար: «Ցավոք, Դինքի սպանությունից տաս տարի անց Թուրքիայում շարունակում է գերակայել ճշմարտության և արդարության ձգտող անձանց լռեցման նույն գործելաոճը: Դրա մասին է վկայում Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի նիստերին պատգամավոր Գարո Փայլանի մասնակցության արգելքը: Տեղեկություններ են հայտնվել անգամ, որ որոշ քաղաքական կուսակցություններ փորձում են քրեական գործ հարուցել նրա դեմ՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ նրա խոսքը համարելով այլատյացություն» -նշել է դեսպանը:
Արման Կիրակոսյանն ընդգծել է, որ Թուրքիան ԵԱՀԿ-ում իրեն ներկայացնում է որպես կրոնական խմբերի հանդեպ հանդուրժողականության և խտրականության վերացման ջատագով՝ միաժամանակ հանդուրժողականության չցուցաբերելով բնիկ կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների նկատմամբ, որոնց որոշ հատվածներ կարողացել են վերապրել ու գոյատևել մերօրյա Թուրքիայում:
Կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների իրավունքների պաշտպանության համատեքստում դեսպան Կիրակոսյանը հիշեցրել է թուրքական պատվիրակությանը, որ հայկական կողմն արդեն իսկ մեկ տարի է սպասում է Թուրքիայի պարզաբանումներին՝ թուրքական իշխանությունների կողմից Դիարբեքիրի Սուրբ Կիրակոս հայկական եկեղեցու և դրա տարածքի առգրավման հետ կապված:
