Ջերմուկում շարունակվել են ՀՀ բոլոր մարզերի զարգացման ռազմավարությունների մշակման աշխատանքները

ՀՀ մարզերի 2017-2025թթ. զարգացման ռազմավարությունների մշակման ծրագրի շրջանակներում ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությունը  մարզերի տարածքային զարգացման ռազմավարությունները (ՏԶՌ) մշակող աշխատանքային խմբերի համար հունվարի 17-20-ը Ջերմուկում կազմակերպել է 3-րդ դասընթացը: Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է ԵՄ ֆինանսավորմամբ: Դասընթացն անցկացվում է ԵՄ փորձագետ, տարածքային զարգացման խորհրդատու Ռոբերտ Գիրեյկոյի գլխավորությամբ:  Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

«ՄարզՌազմ» ծրագրի 3-րդ դասընթացի ժամանակ աշխատանքային խմբերին ներկայացվել են անհրաժեշտ վերլուծական մեթոդները, մարզերի իրավիճակի վերլուծությունը և SWOT վերլուծությունը:  Դասընթացի ավարտին ՀՀ բոլոր մարզերի աշխատանքային խմբերը քննարկել և սահմանել են իրենց մարզերի ռազմավարական նպատակներն ու առաջնահերթությունները, ինչպես նաև առաջարկել  ծրագրեր, որոնք նպաստելու են ռազմավարական նպատակների իրականացմանը:  ՀՀ մարզպետարանների աշխատանքային խմբերի հետ հանդիպմանը ներկա ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի  տեղակալ րթուր Խաչատրյանը  իր խոսքում  կարևորել է դասընթացները, նշել, որ աշխատանքային խմբերի և փորձագետների հետ համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունքում մշակված  մարզային ռազմավարություններն առաջիկայում կքննարկվեն առավել  լայն շրջանակներում: «Այդ ժամանակ էլ հավանության կարժանան  մարզերի ռազմավարական զարգացման ուղղությունները և առաջնահերթությունները:  Իսկ այդ ռազմավարական փաստաթղթերը  պետական քաղաքականության, արտաքին օժանդակության, ինչպես նաև պետություն-համայնք-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցության հիմնաքարն են հանդիսանալու և ա պահովելու  2016-2025 թթ. Տարածքային զարգացման ռազմավարությամբ ամրագրված նպատակների իրականացումը»,-ասել է Արթուր Խաչատրյանը:
