«Մեր տեղեկություններով, Վարդան Օսկանյանն այլևս ակտիվորեն չի զբաղվում «Սիվիլիթասի» ֆինանսավորման աշխատանքներով։ Ավելին՝ տեղեկություններ կան, որ նա տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ հանձնել է շենքի ութերորդ հարկը՝ ավելորդ ծախսեր չանելու համար, և «Սիվիլիթասի» որոշ աշխատակիցներ նոր աշխատանք են որոնում։ Օսկանյանը ոչ միայն ցանկանում է կուսակցություն ստեղծելու նախաշեմին ֆինանսական պարտավորություններ չունենալ, այլև «մաքուր» մնալ, որպեսզի քաղաքական գործընթացների, կուսակցաշինության այս փուլում որևէ խնդիր չունենա իշխանությունների և իրավապահների հետ, և ստեղծվելիք կուսակցությունը ֆինանսավորվի բացառապես ներսից։
Ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների, կուսակցության կորիզը կկազմեն Երվանդ Բոզոյանը, Անդրանիկ Թևանյանը, Վիկտոր Սողոմոնյանը։ Խոսակցություններ կային, որ նաև՝ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը, սակայն վերջինս մեզ հետ զրույցում կատեգորիկ ժխտեց նման հեռանկարը, նա, հավանաբար, կշարունակի մնալ գորշ կարդինալի կարգավիճակում։ Օսկանյանի ստեղծելիք կուսակցությունը կգրանցվի սահմանադրական հանրաքվեից հետո և կհետապնդի բացառապես առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու նպատակ՝ իր տանիքի տակ հավաքելով ընդդեմ «ռեժիմի» հանդես եկող պրոքոչարյանական ուժերին»,–գրում է թերթը։
