- 2 կաթիլ մեխակի եթերային յուղ
- ¼ թեյի գդալ ծովի աղ
Պատրաստման եղանակը
Խառնեք բոլոր բաղադրիչները մինչ միասեռ զանգված դառնալը, հետո քսեք ստացված զանգվածն ատամի խոզանակի վրա և մանրակրկիտ մաքրեք դրանով ատամները: Չմոռանաք ողողել բերանը սովորական ջրով, սպասեք 2-3 րոպե, որպեսզի այն ազդի ձեր ատամների վրա, հետո լվացեք ատամներն ատամի մածուկով:
