3. Այժմ պետք է լեզուն ճիշտ դիրքի բերել. մատների օգնությամբ լեզուն սեղմեք դեպի բերանի խորքը, իսկ լեզվի ծայրը կորացրեք դեպի ներքև։ Արդյունքում դուք պետք է կորաձև լեզու ունենաք։ Մատների միայն մեկ քառորդ մասը պետք է լինի Ձեր բերանում։
4. Արտաշնչեք բերանում գոյացած անցքով. եթե ամեն ինչ ճիշտ անեք, ապա տպավորություն կստեղծվի, որ օդն անցնում է ստորին շուրթի վրայով, և դուք կսուլեք։ Եթե զգաք, որ օդն անցնում է վերին շուրթի վրայով, ապա պետք է նվազեցնեք օդի հոսքը՝ մատները տեղաշարժելով։
