Թատերական և երաժշտական խմբերը «մշակութային մարզագնացություն» կիրականացնեն

 ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության թատերական և երաժշտական խմբերը հունվարի վերջերից կսկսեն մարզային հյուրախաղերը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ տարվա ընթացքում նախատեսված են 426 ելույթ:

Ծրագրի ոսկե կանոններից մեկն այն է, որ մարդիկ թեկուզ խորհրդանշական գումար պետք է վճարեն ներկայացում կամ համերգ դիտելու համար. 
«Խնդրում եմ, ձեր ելույթներին չվերաբերվեք որպես բարեգործական միջոցառման. գովազդային, տեղեկացման այլ ձևերով պետք է կարողանաք մարդկանց  դահլիճներ բերել, այսինքն՝ տոմսերը պետք է վաճառվեն։ Պետք է այնպես չլինի, որ այս ամենն անում ենք՝ «արեցինք» նշանը դնելու համար»,-ծրագրի մեկնարկից առաջ նախարարության մշակութային բոլոր հաստատությունների ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանը։

Մարզային ելույթների տոմսերի գինը քննարկման արդյունքում սահմանվեց 300 դրամ բոլոր միջոցառումների համար՝ բացի այն ներկայացումներից, որոնք խաղացվելու են տեղական թատրոն ունեցող բնակավայրերում։ Այդպիսի բնակավայրերում այս ծրագրով հյուրախաղային ներկայացման տոմսի գինը կլինի նույնը, ինչ տվյալ տեղական թատրոնի ներկայացումների տոմսի գինն է։

Նախարարը «մշակութային մարզագնացության» ևս մեկ ոսկե կանոնի մասին ծանուցեց ներկաներին.
«Որտեղ էլ ելույթ ունենալիս լինեք՝ տեղի արվեստագետներին էլ հրավիրեք, դահլիճում նստեցրեք ձեր կողքին, առանձնահատուկ հարգանքով վերաբերվեք»։
