Ամանորի գիշերը Ստամբուլում հայտնի «Ռեինա» ժամանցի վայրում ահաբեկչություն իրականացրած 34-ամյա ուզբեկ Աբդուլգադիր Մաշարիպովը, որը թուրքական հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել է նախորդ գիշեր, իր ցուցմունքում հայտնել է, որ Ամանորի գիշերն իր թիրախը ոչ թե «Ռեինա» ակումբն էր, այլ Թաքսիմի հրապարակը, որտեղ նա չի կարողացել իրականացնել նախատեսված հարձակումը՝ անվտանգության ուժեղացված միջոցառումների պատճառով: Այս մասին գրում է թուրքական t24.com.tr կայքը:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել է tert.am-ը՝ Ստամբուլի Էսենուրթի շրջանում հայտնաբերված Մաշարիպովի հետ են եղել նաև նրա 4-ամյա որդին և ևս 4 կասկածյալ, որոնցից 3-ը՝ կանայք։ Ձերբակալության պահին «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման անդամ հանդիսացող ուզբեկ գրոհայինը դիմադրություն է ցույց տվել իրավապահներին, այնուհետև խնդրել, որ չսպանեն իրեն:

«Անցյալ տարվա հունվարին Սիրիայում պատերազմին մասնակցելու համար, խմբավորման ղեկավարների կողմից տրված հրամանի համաձայն, Իրանի տարածքով Թուրքիա անցա, Կոնիա քաղաքում տեղավորվեցի: Կոնիայում գտնվելուս ընթացքում ինձ հրաման եկավ Ռաքքայից, որ Ամանորի գիշերը Ստամբուլի Թաքսիմի հրապարակում պետք է հարձակում իրականացնեմ: Թաքսիմում տեղանքը հետախուզելով՝ տեսանյութ ձայնագրեցի ու Ռաքքա ուղարկեցի: Ամանորի գիշերը եկա Թաքսիմ, սակայն անվտանգության միջոցառումները շատ խիստ էին, հարձակում իրականացնելն անհնար էր թվում: Ինձ հրաման տվող անձի հետ կրկին կապ հաստատեցի: Նա ինձ հանձնարարեց կրկին ուսումնասիրել տարածքը, ես էլ երեկոյան ժամը 22:00-ի կողմերը տաքսիով սկսեցի պտտվել ծովափի մոտով: «Ռեինա» ակումբը շատ հարմար էր երևում, անվտանգության խիստ միջոցառումներով էլ աչքի չէր ընկնում տարածքը: Հրաման տվող անձին ասացի՝ ընդունեց: Տաքսիով եկա Զեյթինբուրնու թաղամաս, վերցրի զենքերս այն տնից, որը վարձակալել էի, և գալով «Ռեինա»՝ իրականացրի հարձակումը», - մանրամասնել է ահաբեկիչը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 1-ին՝ տեղական ժամանակով 01.15-ին, Սանտա Կլաուսի հագուստով զինված գրոհայինը ներխուժել էր Ստամբուլի «Ռեինա» գիշերային ակումբ, որտեղ հարյուրավոր մարդիկ տոնում էին Նոր տարին:

Զինված հարձակման հետևանքով զոհվել է 39 մարդ։
