Ակտիվացված ածուխն օրգանիզմը մաքրելու ամենահին և տարածված միջոցներից մեկն է։ Դետոքսիկացիան ակտիվացված ածուխի գլխավոր, բայց ոչ միակ օգտակար հատկություններից է։ Lifer.com.ua կայքը ներկայացրել է, թե ինչ օգտակար հատկություններ ունի ակտիվացված ածուխը։

1. Փորափքանք և որովայնի փքվածություն։ Գազեր ունենում են բոլորը։ Դա նորմալ երևույթ է։ Սակայն, եթե ձեզ տանջում է փորափքանքը կամ որովայնի ցավոտ փքվածությունը, ձեզ կօգնի ակտիվացված ածուխը։ Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ սնվելուց առաջ ակտիվացված ածուխ օգտագործելը նկատելիորեն նվազեցնում է գազերի քանակը։

2. Խոլեստերինի մակարդակի նվազեցում։ Խոլեստերինի բարձր մակարդակը երկու անգամ մեծացնում է սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդությունների առաջացման հավանականությունը։ Հետազոտություններից մեկի տվյալներով՝ վատ խոլեստերինի մակարդակը 41 տոկոսով նվազում է այն անձանց շրջանում, ովքեր մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում օրվա մեջ 3 անգամ ակտիվացված ածուխ են օգտագործում։

3. Երիկամների առողջության պահպանում։ Շաքարի, աղի, կենդանական սպիտակուցների, ճարպերի, կոնսերվանտների օգտագործումը կարող է երիկամների անբավարարության պատճառ դառնալ։ Երիկամների առողջությունը պահպանելու գործում կօգնի ակտիվացված ածուխը։

4. Սննդային թունավորումների արագ բուժում։ Սննդային թունավորումները շատ տարածված են։ Սրտխառնոցից, փորլուծությունից, որովայնի հատվածում ցավերից խուսափելու գործում կօգնի ակտիվացված ածուխը, այն արագորեն չեզոքացնում է տոքսինները։

5. Փափուկ մաշկի գաղտնիքը։ Մաշկը մաքրող շատ միջոցներ քիմիական նյութեր են պարունակում, իսկ ակտիվացված ածուխը մաշկից հեռացնում է կեղտն ու ճարպը՝ մաշկը դարձնելով մաքուր և փափուկ։

6. Գեղեցիկ մազեր։ Ակտիվացված ածուխը մաքրում է մազերի ֆոլիկուլները՝ դրանց փայլ և փափկություն հաղորդելով։

7. Ատամների սպիտակեցում։ Եթե ցանկանում եք սպիտակեցնել ատամները բնական ճանապարհով, բավական է ատամների խոզանակի վրա շաբաթը 2-3 անգամ ակտիվացված ածուխ լցնել։

8. Տհաճ հոտ բերանից։ Ակտիվացված ածուխը կարգավորում է բերանի խոռոչի թթվահիմնային հավասարակշռությունը, լնդերն ու ատամները պաշտպանում բակտերիաներից և հիվանդություններից։

9. Վաղաժամ ծերացման կանխարգելում։ Ակտիվացված ածուխի պարբերական օգտագործումն օրգանիզմից դուրս է բերում տոքսիններն ու շլակները, որոնք վնասում են օրգանիզմը, արագացնում ծերացման գործընթացը։

10. Խումհարի պրոֆիլակտիկա։ Գլխացավերից, սրտխառնոցից, թուլությունից խուսափելու համար մինչև խմելն ակտիվացված ածուխ օգտագործեք։

11. Նյութափախանակության համակարգի մաքրում։ Այս նպատակով ակտիվացված ածուխ օգտագործելը լավագույն լուծումն է։
