Հետևելով հայաստանյան ներքաղաքական դաշտում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին կարող ենք վստահաբար ասել, որ հունվարյան ցուրտ եղանակները լրջորեն ազդել են քաղաքական գործիչների ծրագրերի ու դրանք կյանքի կոչելու հնարավորությունների վրա: Մանդատապաշտության մոլուցքով տարված թե՛ իշխանական, ու թե՛ ընդդիմադիր գործիչները դեռ լուռ են, բացառությամբ ՔՊ–ի, նրանք հախ ու հաշիվ են անում կուլիսների հետևում սեփական էլեկտորատին պահելով մեծ ինտրիգի մեջ:
 
Ներկա վիճակի ու սպասվելիք զարգացումների շուրջ Past.am-ը զրուցել է քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանի հետ:
 
«Թեև քաղաքական դաշտը պասիվ է, բայց մինչ թեկնածություն առաջադրելը դեռ ժամանակ կա, որպեսզի քաղաքական ուժերը խորհրդակցեն, թիմեր կազմեն: Չնայած այս ամենին, ինձ մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ բոլորը զբաղված են մանդատ ձեռք բերելու գործով, այսինքն` մանդատ ստանալը, պառլամենտ մտնելը գերակշռող է: Ժամանակ դեռ կա ու միգուցե մենք անսպասելի բաներ կլսենք, սակայն այսօրվա դրությամբ ես չեմ տեսնում այն, որ քաղաքական ուժերն ինչ–որ անսպասելի քայլեր են անելու»,– ասաց քաղաքագետը` ընդգծելով, որ իշխանություններն ամբողջությամբ վերահսկում են քաղաքական դաշտում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները. «Նշանակություն չունի տվյալ քաղաքական ուժը ընդդիմադիր է, իշխանական, թե կիսաընդդիմադիր: Ակնհայտ է, որ բոլորը խաղում են իշխանության խաղի կանոնների շրջանակներում: Ես չեմ տեսել այնպիսի մի քայլ որևէ քաղաքական ուժի կողմից, որն անսպասելի կլինի իշխանության համար:
 
Ես լսել եմ, որ ցուցակներ կազմելիս բոլորը ճշտում են իշխանության դիրքորոշումը տվյալ անձի հետ կապված: Սա նշանակում է, որ բոլորը խաղում են իշխանության գծած շրջանակներում»:
 
Խոսելով նաև ընդդիմադիր ուժերի ակնհայտ պասիվ լինելուց, քաղաքագետը ասաց՝ նախ պետք է հասկանալ, թե ով է ընդդիմություն ու հակառակը.
 
 
«Ինչ վերաբերում է պասիվությանը, կարծում եմ, որ դա կապված է ռեսուրսի պակասի ու նրա հետ, որ իրենք չեն հավատում սեփական ուժերին ու ճշտումներ են կատարում իշխանության հետ: Ես ուրախ կլինեմ եթե սխալված լինեմ, սակայն այս ակնհայտ պասիվությունը, որը նկատվում է՝ շարժի, հայտարարությունների, պատրաստակամության բացակայությունը խոսում է քիչ առաջ ասածիս մասին: Ընդդիմությունը զգույշ է, նա չի ուզում դուրս գալ այն շրջանակներից, որը գծել է իշխանությունը»:
