Ինչ կապ կա Էքստրասենս Անի Մաջնունյանի սպանության և առանցքային վկայի մահվան միջև

Հունվարի 8-ին Մուսալեռում գազի արտահոսքից մահացած Աննա Միսակյանը էքստրասենս Անի Մաջնունյանի սպանության գործով կարևորագույն վկան էր: Աննա Միսակյանն այս գործով առանցքային վկա էր համարվում, քանի որ էքստրասենսի սպանության ժամանակ, ինչպես ասել էր դատարանում, եղել էր մեղադրյալ Մուշեղ Մխիթարյանի հետ և տեսել, թե ինչպես է արնաքամ լինում Անի Մաջնունյանը: Գործով տուժողի իրավահաջորդ ճանաչված՝ Անի Մաջնունյանի մոր շահերի ներկայացուցիչը՝ փաստաբան Թամարա Բաղդասարյանը ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ վկայի մահվան և էքստրասենսի սպանության գործի միջև որևէ կապ չի տեսնում, վկայի մահով պայմանավորված քրեական գործում որևէ բան չի փոխվել, քանի որ վերջինս դատաքննությամբ հարցաքննվել է:
«Տրամաբանորեն որևէ կապ չեմ տեսնում, քանի որ Աննա Միսակյանը նախաքննական ցուցմունքում ամեն ինչ ներկայացրել է, դատարանում ևս ցուցմունք էր տվել:
Ճիշտ է՝ ես պատրաստվում էի միջնորդություն ներկայացնել, որպեսզի նորից հարցաքննեն վկային, քանի որ ես համոզմունք ունեի, որ ինքը չպետք է մնար վկայի կարգավիճակում, քանի որ գործի նյութերն այլ բան են ասում: Նա, ըստ էության, մասնակցել էր և՛ նախապատրաստմանը, և՛ գործընթացին: Հենց նրա ցուցմունքների շնորհիվ էր բացահայտվել գործը, կատարվել էր քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ, դեպքի վայրի զննություններ, հայտնաբերվել էին տանից գողացված իրեր, այլ ապացույցներ: Բայց այնպես չէ, որ գործում միայն Աննա Միսակյանի ցուցմունքը կա: Առանցքային վկան Աննա Միսակյանն էր, բայց կան նաև այլ ապացույցներ»,- մանրամասնեց Թամարա Բաղդասարյանը:
Փաստաբանի խոսքով՝ էքստրասենսի սպանության գործը գտնվում է ավարտական փուլում: «Ապացույցների հետազոտման փուլում ենք, վկաները հարցաքննվել են, Մուշեղ Մխիթարյանի նկատմամբ նշանակվել է դատահոգեբուժական փորձաքննություն»,- տեղեկացրեց փաստաբանը: Նրա փոխանցմամբ՝ այսօր, ժամը 15:00-ին, դատարանը նորից նիստ է հրավիրել:
Նշենք, որ էքստրասենս Անի Մաջնունյանի գործով մեղադրյալ, «Յանուս» թատրոնի տնօրեն Մուշեղ Մխիթարյանը չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը:
