Դինքի գործով կասկածյալը մեղադրել է Ստամբուլի իշխանություններին նրա մահվան մեջ

Պոլսահայ լրագրող Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով կասկածյալ Ստամբուլի ոստիկանության հետախուզական բաժնի նախկին տնօրեն Ալի Ֆուաթ Յըլմազերը դատական նիստի ժամանակ նոր ցուցմունքներ է տվել գործի վերաբերյալ: Նա հայտարարել է, որ պետությունը որևէ քայլ չի ձեռնարկել Դինքին պաշտպանելու համար: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Ակոս» պարբերականը:
«Այս հանցագործության հետ կապված հետաքննություններ են իրականացվել, սակայն ոչ մի քայլ չի ձեռնարկվել: Սա մի հանցագործություն է, որտեղ բոլորը, ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալով, որևէ միջոց չձեռնարկեցին և թույլ տվեցին, որ դա տեղի ունենա: Պետությունը չարեց այն, ինչ պարտավոր էր: Հրանտ Դինքի կյանքը չպաշտպանվեց»,- նշել է Յըլմազերը:
Կասկածյալն ասել է, որ հանցագործության կատարումը նպատակ է ունեցել Թուրքիայում անկայունություն ստեղծել: «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցության (Թուրքիայի իշխող կուսակցությունն է -խմբ.) իշխանության օրոք ազգայնականները համակարգված կերպով հաճախակիացրել են իրենց գործողությունները: Դինքի սպանությունը ծառայելու էր քաոսի առաջացմանը»,- հայտնել է Ստամբուլի ոստիկանության հետախուզական բաժնի նախկին տնօրենը:
Նա ընդունել է փաստը, որ Դինքի կյանքը պաշտպանելը եղել է Ստամբուլի իշխանությունների պարտականությունը: Յըլմազերը հայտնել է, որ Ստամբուլի նահանգապետարանն ու ոստիկանությունը տեղեկություններ են ունեցել Դինքի սպանությունը նախապատրաստելու վերաբերյալ, սակայն նրան անհրաժեշտ պաշտպանություն չի տրամադրվել: «Եթե սպանության գործում որոնվում է կանխամտածվածության տարր, ապա դա պետք է փնտրել Ստամբուլում»,- նշել է նա:
Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին` խմբագրությանառջև նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման հետևանքով:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկությանդատապարտվեց, անմիջական հանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել ՀրանտԴինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին պետք է առաջադրվեր «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման և կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցությո ւն ունենալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, որոշումներ էին ընդունվել Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձանց, այդ թվում` Ստամբուլինախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ:
