Պատերազմական իրավիճակում գտնվող Հայաստանը պարտավոր է փոխել տնտեսական մոդելը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց «Այլընտրանք» հետազոտական կենտրոնի ղեկավար տնտեսգիտության դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը:
«Անհրաժեշտ է շատ լուրջ ուշադրություն դարձնել ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրին: Եվ այն ոչ թե պետք է բեռ դառնա տնտեսության համար, այլ հակառակը` շոգեքարշի դեր կատարի: Արդյունքում` կզարգանան գիտական ճյուղերը, էլեկտրոնիկայի ուղղությունը, դրանք էլ իրենց հերթին կհանգեցնեն տնտեսության մյուս ճյուղերի զարգացմանը»,-ասաց Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ Հայաստանը տնտեսությունը զարգացնելու լավ հնարավորություններ ունի: Խոսելով ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության մասին` տնտեսագետն ընդգծեց, որ պետք է ոչ միայն ՌԴ-ի հետ մեծացնել առևտրատնտեսական ծավալները, այլև ԵԱՏՄ անդամ մյուս երկրների:
«Ցանկալի է, որ Հայաստանը մտածի իր ազգային մրցակցային առավելություններն իրացնելու մասին` տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, գյուղմթերքների, գիտական արտադրանքի իրացում և այլն: Կարևորն այդ համատեքստում ազգային օրակարգի ձևավորումն է»,-ասաց նա:
Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը ոչ պակաս կարևոր համարեց ԵՄ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացումը: Նա նկատեց, որ այս տարի ակնկալվում է ԵՄ-ի հետ նոր փաստաթղթի ստորագրում, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանին կընձեռվեն նոր հնարավորություններ, նոր պայմաններ:
