ԵՊՀ առաջին կուրսի ուսանողին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել սպանության համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւանի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ԵՊՀ 1-ին կուրսի ուսանողին` նույն համալսարանի այլ ֆակուլտետի ուսանող Վ.Մուրադյանի սպանության, վերջինիս համակուրսեցի Ռ.Մարտիրոսյանին ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու համար: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2017թ. հունվարի 11-ին՝ ժամը 15.30-ի սահմաններում, «Շտապօգնություն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ Երևան քաղաքի Վարդանանց փողոցի թիվ 28 շենքի բակում գտնվող տաղավարի սեղանին հայտնաբերվել է Վահե Մուրադյանի (ծնված՝1998 թվականի դեկտեմբերին) դին՝ կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքով, իսկ մեկ այլ երիտասարդ՝ Ռաֆֆի Մարտիրոսյանը (ծնված 1999 թ. մարտին), «ձախ սրունքի առաջնային մակերեսի ծակած-կտրած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ, նույն հասցեից տեղափոխվել է «թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց»:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է տեղի ունեցած հանցագործությունը. փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել վիճաբանության մասնակիցների շրջանակի վերաբերյալ, որի ժամանակ Վ.Մուրադյանին պատճառվել է կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի, իսկ Ռ.Մարտիրոսյանին` ծանր մարմնական վնաս, առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, շարժառիթը:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ` ԵՊՀ առաջին կուրսի ուսանողին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի և 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով: Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան` նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է:
Նրա բնակության վայրում կատարված խուզարկության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է մոխրագույն ծալովի դանակ. կասկածյալի հայտարարության համաձայն` նշված դանակով է հարվածներ հասցրել Վ.Մուրադյանին եւ Ռ.Մարտիրոսյանին:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական, դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ, որոնց եզրակացությունները դեռևս չեն ստացվել:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
