Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Վարդան Ստեփանյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Տիգրան Բ.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:
34-ամյա Տիգրանը մեղադրվում էր իր 33-ամյա կնոջը ծեծելու համար:
Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 3-ին, գիշերվա ժամը 2-ին ամուսինները վիճել են իրենց բնակարանում, և Տիգրանը ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել կնոջը՝ պատճառելով առողջության թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ չպարունակող վնասվածքներ՝ կապտուկներ:
Կինը ամուսնու հետ վիճել ու ամուսնու կողմից ծեծվել է այն պատճառով, որ ամուսինը ընկերների հետ գնացել էր… շոգեբաղնիք…
Տիգրան Բ.-ին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118 հոդվածով:
Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Տիգրան Բ.-ն իրեն լիովին մեղավոր է ճանաչել, նրա միջնորդությամբ գործը քննվել է արագացված ընթացակարգով:
Տուժող կինը դատարան չի ներկայացել, դատական նիստին ներկա է եղել նրա ներկայացուցիչը, ով չի առարկել արագացված ընթացակարգ կիրառելու դեմ, միաժամանակ հայտնել է, որ կինը Տիգրանի հետ հաշտվելու ցանկություն չունի:
Տիգրան Բ.-ն մեղավոր է ճանաչվել կնոջը ծեծելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118 հոդվածով, ու դատապարտվել է 100 հազար դրամ տուգանքի:
