Փարիզում բացվել է պաղեստինա-իսրայելական կարգավորման կոնֆերանսը

Փարիզում հունվարի 15-ին բացվել է Մերձավոր Արևելքի գծով միջազգային կոնֆերանս, որն մասնակցելու համար ժամանել են գրեթե 70 երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ։
Վկայակոչելով «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը, կոնֆերանսին կմասնակցեն ՄԱՆ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին, Գերմանիայի ԱԳ նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը, ՄԱԿ-ի ու ԵՄ ներկայացուցիչները։ Սպասվում է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի ելույթը։
Հաղորդվել է, որ կոնֆերանսի մասնակիցները կհայտարարեն, որ Իսրայելի և Պաղեստինի պետությունների գոյակցության վրա հիմնված որոշումը տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության ապահովման միակ ճանապարհն է։
Associated Press-ին ձեռքին հայտնված եզրափակիչ հայտարարության համաձայն՝ կոնֆերանսն Իսրայելին և Պաղեստինի ազգային ինքնավարությանը կոչ կանի «պաշտոնապես հաստատել հավատարմությունը երկու պետությունների սկզբունքի վրա հիմնված որոշմանը»։ Փաստաթղթում նաև ասվում է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը «չի ճանաչում» Իսրայելի մինչև 1967թ. գոյություն ունեցող սահմանների փոփոխությունը՝ առանց երկու կողմերի հետ համաձայնեցման։
Միջազգային կոնֆերանսն անցնում է անցյալ տարվա վերջին ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի կողմից բանաձևի ընդունումից հետո շատ չանցած։ Բանաձևը քննադատել է Իսրայելի բնակեցման ուղղված գործունեությունը գրավյալ պաղեստինյան տարածքներում։ Միացյալ Նահանգները, որոնք նախկինում վետո էին դնում նման փաստաթղթերին, այս դեպքում առաջին անգամ ձեռնպահ էին քվեարկել։
Կոնֆերանսի մասնակիցները, AP-ի տվյալներով, սպասվում է, որ կհաստատեն Իսրայելի բնակեցման գործունեությունը չընդունելը։
Իսրայելը հրաժարվել է մասնակցել Փարիզի կոնֆերանսին՝ համարելով, որ այս ամենն իր դեմ է սարքած։ Իսրայելի վաևչապետ Բինյամին Նեթանյահուն ժխտում է լուծում պարտադրելու միջազգային հանրության փորձերը՝ համարելով, որ այն կարող է գտնվել միայն պաղեստինցիների հետ ուղիղ բանակցությունների ընթացքում։ Պաղեստինցիները հրավիրված չեն նախարարական կոնֆերանսին, սակայն սատարել են Ֆրանսիայի նախաձեռնությանը։ Պաղեստինի ղեկավար Մահմուդ Աբբասը Փարիզ կայցելի առաջիկա շաբաթներին։
Ֆրանսիացի դիվանագետն անանունության պայմանով հայտնել է AP-ին, թե պատահական չէ, որ Փարիզի կոնֆերանսն անցկացվում է ԱՄՆ ընտրված նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հունվարի 20-ին նախատեսված երդմնակալության նախօրեին։ Դիվանագետի խոսքով՝ կոնֆերանսը կոչված է ԱՄՆ նոր նախագահին հասցնել խաղաղության կոլեկտիվ միջազգային կոչը։
Թրամփը նախընտրական արշավի ընթացքում մեծ համակրանք է դրսևորել Իսրայելի նկատմամբ։ Նա ԱՄՆ-ին կոչ էր անում արգելափակել ՄԱԿ ԱԽ-ի բանաձևը, որն Իսրայելից պահանջում էր դադարեցնել բնակեցման գործունեությունը, ինչպես նաև խոստացել ԱՄՆ դեսպանությունը Թել Ավիվից տեղափոխել Երուսաղեմ։
