5. Պնդացում։ Դաշտանային ցիկլի ընթացքում կուրծքը կարող է պնդացած թվալ, քանի որ հորմոնոլ փոփոխությունները կարող են հեղուկի կուտակում առաջացնել։ Այս փոփոխությունը բնական է։

6. Խտություն։ Եթե պատկանում եք այսպիսի կանաց շարքին, ապա մամոգրաֆիայի ընթացքում խնդիրները նկատելն ավելի բարդ կլինի։ Կրծքի խտությունն ու օնկոլոգիական գոյացությունները նկարների վրա նույն տեսքն ունեն։
