Վերջին 30 տարում  առավել հայտնի անորքեսիա հիվանդությունն օրեցօր ավելի է տարածվում։Երիտասարդ աղջիկները, տարվելով նիհար մոդելների լուսանկարներով, սկսում են նմանվել նրանց`չգիտակցելով, թե ինչ վտանգի առջեւ են կանգնում։

Ի՞նչ է անորեքսիան, ինչի՞ց է այն առաջանում եւ ինչո՞վ է վտանգավոր։
Անորեքսիան համարվում է սննդի ընդունման խախտման հետ կապված հիվանդություն։
Այս հիվանդության դեպքում նկատվում է քաշի նվազեցման պաթոլոգիական ցանկություն, որն ուղեկցվում է ճարպակալման հանդեպ ուժեղ վախով։

Հիվանդի մոտ նկատվում է սեփական քաշի ավելացման  վախ։
Սովորաբար անորեքսիայով տառապող հիվանդները քաշի նվազեցման են հասնում երկու ճանապարհով.

Սննդի սահմանափակում. սննդի սահմանափակումն ընթանում է դաժան դիետաների միջոցով, օրեցօր ընդունվող սննդի չափը նվազեցվում է եւ սկսում է ֆիզիկական մարզանքների չարաշահումը։
Օրգանիզմի մաքրում. այն ընթանում է տարբեր մեթոդներով. հոգնաներով, արհեստական փսխման եւ այլն։

Անորեքսիայի առաջացման պատճառները

Գոյություն չունի անորեքսիայի առաջացման մեկ պատճառ։ Սովորաբար ազդեցություն են ունենում միանգամից  երեք գործոններ` բիոլոգիական, հոգեբանական (ազդեցություն են ունենում ընտանիքն ու ներքին կոնֆլիկտները), սոցիալական (միջավայրի ազդեցություն,  ընդօրինակում)։

Անորեքսիայով հիվանդի հետ աշխատանքում միշտ հաշվի են առնվում այդ երեք գործոնները։

Որքա՞ն հաճախ է հանդիպում այդ հիվանդությունը

Զարգացած երկրներում անորեքսիայով տառապում է հիմնականում 12-ից 24 տարիքային խմբի աղջիկների 100-ից 2-ը։
Ընդունված է անորեքսիան համարել կանացի հիվանդություն, որը դրսեւորվում է հասունացման տարիքում։ Տոկոսային առումով կարելի է նկատել, որ հիվանդների 90%-ը հանդիսանում են 12-24 տարեկան աղջիկներ, իսկ մնացած 10%-ը`առավել հասուն տարիքի կանայք։

Անորեքսիայի նախանշանները
Գիրության մշտական զգացողություն, հատկապես մարմնի որոշակի հատվածում։ Հիվանդը հրաժարվում է ընդունել, որ չափազանց նիհար է:

Սննդի ընդունման մեթոդները. հիմնականում կանգնած վիճակում, սնունդն ընդունում են մանր կտորներով։

Բացի այդ, որպես հիվանդության հետեւանք, առաջանում են դաշտանային ցիկլի խախտումներ, առիթմիա, թուլության մշտական զգացողություն, մկանային սպազմաներ, ինչպես նաեւ նյարդայնություն, անարդարացված զայրույթ, մյուսների հանդեպ վիրավորանք։
Ինչպես բուժել անորեքսիան
Հիվանդության բուժման համար անհրաժեշտ է դիմել բուժող բժշկին, որպեսզի նա էլ ուղղորդի հոգեբուժի մոտ, որպեսզի հստակ մշակեք հիվանդության բուժման պլանը։

Անորեքսիայի դեպքում պարտադիր է հոգեբանական աջակցությունը ինչպես ընտանիքի, այնպես էլ շրջապատի կողմից։
