Բելառուսի ԳԴ-ն ուսումնասիրում է բլոգեր Լապշինի արտահանձնման մասին Ադրբեջանի հարցումը

Բելառուսի գլխավոր դատախազությունը հիմա ուսումնասիրում է Մինսկում ձերբակալված հայտնի ռուս-իսրայելցի բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին արտահանձնելու մասին Ադրբեջանի հարցումը, այս հարցով որոշում դեռ չի կայացվել, «ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին» հայտնել է դատախազության ներկայացուցիչը։

Լապշինը դեկտեմբերի կեսերին գրել էր, որ Մինսկում իրեն ձերբակալել են Ադրբեջանի պահանջով, որտեղ նա «սեւ ցուցակում» է՝ ԼՂՀ այցելելու համար։ Նման անձանց մուտքը Ադրբեջան արգելված է։ Այդուհանդերձ 2015-ին Լապշինը ուկրաինական անձնագրով Վրաստանի տարածքով Ադրբեջան էր մտել։ Նրան հաջողվել էր անցնել սահմանային անցակետը, քանի որ ուկրաինական անձնագրում անունը այլ կերպ էր գրված ՝ «Օլեքսանդր»։ Դրանից հետո Ադրբեջանի իշխանությոնները նրա նկատմամբ միջազգային հետախուզում են հայտարարել՝ «Պետական սահմանի մասին» օրենքի խախտման համար։

Ադրբեջանի Գլխավոր դատախազության ներկայացուցիչ Էլդար Սուլթանովը նշել է, որ Բելառուսի իրավապահ մարմիններին արդեն տրամադրվել են փաստաթղթեր Լապշինի արտահանձնման համար։ Ադրբեջանում Բելառուսի դեսպան Գենադի Ահրամովիչը չի բացառել ձերբակալված բլոգերին Բաքվին արտահանձնելու հավանականությունը, եթե ադրբեջանական կողմի դիմումը համապատասխանի օրենքի բոլոր պահանջներին։

 Լապշինի քաղաքացիության մասին տեղեկությունները տարբեր են։ Ուրբաթ բելառուսական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնել էին, որ նրան այցելել են Իսրայելի դեսպանատան ներկայացուցիչները։
