Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի հետազոտությունների համատեղ կենտրոնը հաստատել է Երևանի «Կայուն էներգետիկ զարգացման գործողությունների ծրագիրը»

Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի հետազոտությունների համատեղ կենտրոնն ուսումնասիրել և հաստատել է ԵՄ «Քաղաքապետերի դաշնագիր» նախաձեռնության շրջանակում մշակված Երևանի «Կայուն էներգետիկ զարգացման գործողությունների ծրագիրը» (ԿԷԶԳԾ): Ծրագրում ներառված են էներգախնայողությանը, էներգաարդյունավետությանը և վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի կիրառմանն ուղղված համապատասխան միջոցառումներ՝ տրանսպորտի, արտաքին լուսավորության, հանրային ծառայությունների մատուցման և այլ ոլորտներում, հանրային և բնակելի շենքերում: Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և «Էներգախնայողության աջակցման հիմնադրամ» ՀԿ-ի կողմից Երևան քաղաքի ԿԷԶԳԾ-ի համատեղ մշակումն իրականացվել է ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի կողմից տրամադրված տեխնիկական աջակցությամբ: Ծրագիրը նախանշում է քաղաքային տնտեսության ենթակառուցվածքներում էներգաարդյունավետության բարձրացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումները, որի արդյունքում կնվազի էներգետիկ ռեսուրսների սպառումը, կկրճատվեն ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումները և կբարելավվի բնական միջավայրը:

Համաձայն հաստատված ԿԷԶԳԾ-ի, 2012 թվականից իրակացված ելակետային, շարունակվող և նախատեսվող ծրագրերի ու համալիր միջոցառումների իրականացման արդյունքում Երևանի համայնքային ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումները մինչև 2020թ. կանխատեսվող արտանետումների համեմատ կարող են կրճատվել շուրջ 21%-ով, ինչը համարժեք է 237.000 տոննա CO₂–ի, որն իր հերթին կհանգեցնի էներգասպառման 16% նվազեցման: Հարկ է նշել, որ ԿԷԶԳԾ-ում ներառված ոլորտային ծրագրերի և միջոցառումների կյանքի կոչման ուղղությամբ արդեն իսկ իրականացվում են աշխատանքներ արտաքին լուսավորության համակարգում, հանրային շենքերում, տրանսպորտի, կենցաղային կոշտ թափոնների կառավարման և այլ ոլորտներում: 
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Քաղաքապետերի դաշնագիրը» Եվրոպական Միության կողմից մեկնարկած նախաձեռնություն է, որը կոչված է հօգուտ «կանաչ տնտեսական աճ»-ի և կյանքի որակի բարելավման, համընդհանուր կամավորական պատասխանատվությամբ միավորելու տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններին և տարածաշրջանային իշխանություններին: Դաշնագիրը ստորագրող համայնքները կամավոր համաձայնում են իրենց վարչական տարածքների էներգաարդյունավետության և վերականգնվող էներգիայի ոլորտներում իրականացնել համապատասխան գործողություններ, որոնք թույլ կտան մինչև 2020թ. առնվազն 20%-ով կրճատել ածխաթթու գազի (CO₂) արտանետումները` համայնքի կողմից ընտրված ելակետային տարվա արտանետումների մակարդակի համեմատ: Նշենք նաև, որ մինչ օրս նախաձեռնությանը միացել է տարբեր երկրների ավելի քան 7200 քաղաք:
