Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանին կանգնեցրել է միայն նախագահի անունից ստացած զանգը

«Չորրորդ իշխանություն»-ը գրում է.
«Օրերս բավականին հետաքրքիր միջադեպ պատմեցին, որի հերոսները դարձյալ Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրեն Խաչատրյանն է ու նրա որդին՝ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը: Ինչպես հայտնի է, մարզպետի որդին՝ Տիգրանը, Բուդաղյանների հայտնի գործի շրջանակներում մի քանի ամիս անցկացրեց քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում: Պատմությունը կապված է հենց այդ ժամանակաշրջանի հետ:
Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Սուրեն Խաչատրյանը որդու անազատության մեջ գտնվելու ժամանակ այցելել է «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ՝ տեսակցելու Տիգրանին: Տեսակցություն հատկացվել է. որդին, մարզպետը ու էլի մարդիկ միմյանց հետ շփվել են տեսակցությունների սենյակում: Սակայն Սուրեն Խաչատրյանը սրանով չի բավարարվել: Նա ցանկություն է հայտնել տեսնելու, թե որտեղ է «ապրում» իր որդին: Նրան բացատրել են, որ քաղաքացիական անձը իրավունք չունի կալանավայր մտնելու, սակայն Խաչատրյանը համառել է: Մի խոսքով նա բարձրացել է վերև, որդու խցում կերուխում է սկսվել: Արդյունքում՝ Խաչատրյանը գինովցած հայտարարել է, թե որդուն իր հետ պիտի տուն տանի: Կալանավայրի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները չեն կարողացել Խաչատրյանի դեմն առել: Գործին խառնվել է այն ժամանակ դեռևս կալանավայրերի վարչության պետ, ՀՀ նախկին ոստիկանապետ Հայկ Հարությունյանը: Նրան ևս Խաչատրյանը չի հնազանդվել: Կալանավայրից որդու հետ դուրս գալու պահին՝ նրան զանգել են վերևներից: Զանգահարողը փոխանցել է, որ այդ քայլով Խաչատրյանը կհարուցի Սերժ Սարգսյանի բարկությունը և որդու վիճակն ավելի կվատացնի: Խաչատրյանը, լսելով Սերժ Սարգսյանի անունը, հրաժարվել է որդուն տուն տանելու գաղափարից»,–գրում է թերթը։
