ԻՊ-ի զինյալները Մոսուլի կենտրոնում ոչնչացրել են Տիգրիս գետի բոլոր կամուրջները

«Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման զինյալներն իրաքյան Մոսուլ քաղաքի կենտրոնում պայթեցրել են Տիգրիս գետի բոլոր անցումները: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է Al-Sumaria հեռուստաալիքը՝ վկայակոչելով Իրաքի զինված ուժերի հրամանատարության մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Ավելի վաղ Sky News Arabia հեռուստաալիքը հայտնել Էր, որ Իրաքի բանակի հատուկ ստորաբաժանումները համերկրային ոստիկանության ջոկատների հետ համատեղ իրենց հսկողության տակ են վերցրել այն հինգ կամուրջներից մեկը, որոնք միացնում են Մոսուլով հոսող Տիգրիս գետի աջ եւ ձախ ափերը:
Կառավարական ուժերը հետ են մղել «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման զինյալներին եւ հունվարի 8-ին դուրս են եկել Տիգրիսի ձախ ափ: 
Մոսուլը՝ Նայնավայի նահանգի վարչական կենտրոնը, ավելի քան երկու տարի գտնվում Է ԻՊ-ի հսկողության ներքո: Քաղաքի ազատագրման գործողության ցամաքային փուլն սկսվել Է հոկտեմբերի 17-ին: Դրան մասնակցում են կառավարական ուժերը, շիա աշխարհազորայինները եւ քրդական «փեշմերգա» կազմավորումները: Նրանց աջակցում են իրաքյան ռազմաօդային ուժերը եւ ԱՄՆ-ի գլխավորած կոալիցիայի օդուժը:  
Իրաքի հատուկ նշանակության ուժերի հակաահաբեկչական ստորաբաժանումներն արեւելյան ուղղությամբ Մոսուլ են մտել հոկտեմբերի 31-ին: Այս ժամանակաընթացքում Տիգրիս գետի ձախ ափին նրանց հաջողվել Է վերահսկողության տակ առնել քաղաքի տարածքի ավելի քան 70 տոկոսը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
